I purchased Roto - Rooter's Pro Plan a week ago which offered a few great advantages! Tech, Kevin, came out initially to do pipe assessment and verify size of old hot water tank and location. The pipe assessment was helpful and informative. I decided to have installation 2 days later.

On installation day, Kevin kept me informed of arrival time so I was not lingering waiting. Technicians, Kevin and Ryan, were well equipped to install the new 50 gallon water heater in a very tight spot! Not only was the job done well, but they performed installation in record time!

Due to our situation, we've worked with 4 of their people so far and it's been great. Prompt response, quick diagnosis and fix with follow up to make sure we prevent future issues.

Service was pipe replacement from sink drain to main drain line with unnecessary pipe removed. Service tech had work completed in less time than expected, explained everything he did amd provided photos. Feel this work will eliminate continuing back up of kitchen drain line.

Dalton and Payton are both fantastic and have been knowledgeable, honest, and efficient in their work! There was even a visit when I requested a maintenance service that was ultimately recommended against and I wasn't even charged a service/visit fee. So when I do need service . . . these are the guys to call.
