Andrew and Leo came out today on a quick emergency call on Father’s Day of all days. Extremely nice and generous and explained everything in great detail. Very thankful for their compassion, thoughtfulness, and professionalism on a Sunday holiday!

The people were very nice. We had an incident the day after Thanksgiving. It required them to pull the toilet, snake the line and re-install the toilet. Because it was a “holiday” they charged a flat rate of 875 dollars + 23.75 for a 5 dollar wax ring. I feel ripped off and extorted. They were there less than two hours.

Demo work and drying out floors and walls with heaters and fans. Rodrigo and Logan were very professional and respectful. They were awesome!

Paisiy was very motivated and even after a hiccup with the snake he went right work on the drain. After the last attempt and creativity he manage to clear the drain. He was very pleasant to work with and wouldn’t mind having him back just not to soon. lol

We had a poor repair done by someone as a "favor" on an old toilet that really needed to be replaced. Yay, Roto-Rooter came out the evening I called to unplug the toilet and check out what needed to be done. Connected me with their plumber who came out as soon as we got a new toilet and had it installed in a very short time. Exceptionally courteous and polite, professional, and very reasonably priced!

Travis helped me troubleshoot a very difficult Landscape drainage system issue. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable.

Wall hung toilet had to be removed, the pipe in the wall unplugged, and the toilet reinstalled. It was a one and a half hour job. Travis was very professional and friendly!!!

I’ll try and make a long story short… I called a plumbing company this morning - they sent someone out for a $112 service call fee…. The plumber left after doing bare minimum and I was in tears. I was charged $250 for a camera scope which told us nothing and was told it would be at least $2k to flush my sewer line and that would be a minimum charge and they weren’t sure if that would even fix the problem! They left… and I felt hopeless. I called Roto Rooter for a second option - so glad I did! They had someone to my home within 45 minutes. Terry Jones hands down is the man that gets things done! He diagnosed the issue with confidence, removed the clog and the root out of my sewer line all within an hour. The charge was a fraction of what the other company quoted me! Terry was professional and very reassuring! Thank you Terry! I would recommend Roto Rooter all day!

Exceptional Emergency Service on Saturday Night - Highly Recommend
I cannot give a higher recommendation for Roto-Rooter after their outstanding service during a serious sewage emergency. I had sewage backing up in two toilets that had been worsening over a week - a genuinely dangerous health situation that couldn’t wait.
I called at 8:35 PM on Saturday night and they arrived within the hour, exactly as promised. My field representative was Joshua Shelton, who immediately gave me a sense of relief and peace of mind by taking charge of this serious emergency.
Joshua thoroughly diagnosed problems with all toilets (found issues with two additional ones beyond the original backup) and identified moisture damage in the flooring that revealed health issues I was completely unaware of. I was very relieved that these health concerns are being properly addressed.
Specialist Paisiy B. expertly assessed what had caused the backup problem, provided a clear quote for all the work needed, and then completed the actual repair work - including going into the sewer pipe to solve the clogged toilet issues. The problem extended beneath the flooring, clearly requiring specialized equipment and expertise.
Both staff members were high energy, calm, and coordinated effortlessly with each other throughout the entire process. They reassured me that they deal with these situations all the time, which was incredibly comforting during such a stressful emergency. They also took time to discuss how an older toilet can cause water damage, helping me understand how the problem developed.
Considering it was Saturday night with two experts working on this complex issue, the pricing was more than reasonable. They provided appropriate discounts and offered a guarantee - if something happens within the first week, they’ll come out again to address any issues.
By 11:30 PM - less than 3 hours after my call - both staff had completely finished all the work and provided a clear plan for flooring replacement. Joshua also gave an excellent explanation of how to work with insurance, which was incredibly helpful.
What impressed me most was their comprehensive team approach - Joshua identifying health hazards I didn’t know existed, and Specialist Paisiy B. solving the complex plumbing problem completely. The educational aspect and seamless coordination made an awful situation manageable.
For anyone facing a plumbing emergency, especially sewage-related issues, I cannot recommend Roto-Rooter highly enough. They delivered exactly what their reviews promised - fast, reliable emergency service when I desperately needed it.

Although the world was excellent, and was done very efficiently, and the worker was very nice, he was wearing a very strong cologne type smell that gave me a small allergy attack
This was my only complaint. Other than that, the visit and work was perfect! I would recommend rotto rooter to everyone I know.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our two recent experiences with Roto Rooter Tualatin. Kyle Conaway, our service tech, answered every question we had and went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. We really appreciated his customer service. And Paisy, our drain tech, worked tirelessly to unclog our pipes. He stayed 3 hours past the end of his 8 hour shift to make sure it was cleared and we were happy. Don't go anywhere else for your plumbing problems because they can handle it all. Oh and by the way both house calls were on a Friday night late (they left at 10pm) and Sunday evening. They don't charge extra for nights and weekends.
