Worked great with my General Contractor! Communicates well with friendly conversation, such as (verbatum): Roth to my GC: "I gotta boom boom." Contractor to Roth: "Not there. Garage code for bathroom is 2583. Take off your shoes you filthy animal." Roth to GC: "Keep talking dirty. I work better hard." I was able to get this via discovery by my attorney. Let's see if this review softens him any!

The plumber came to fix a leaky faucet. He looked at it for 3 minutes, said he couldn't do anything w/o the faucet's manual and left.

I wish I could give less than a one star rating. While the plumber they sent to do the work was friendly and knowledgeable the management staff has no idea what they are doing and continues to pass blame to anyone else. Over a year ago I requested a water heater install and asked about (and was quoted) prices for both traditional and tankless. After I decided on the tankless option we proceeded to upgrade the electrical based upon the specs supplied by the plumber. Shortly after completing the electrical upgrade I was informed by MP that they had spec'ed and quoted me a heater that wasn't adequate and that I would need to spend an additional $400 on a larger system as well as upgrade the electrical system for larger capacity (they did, begrudgingly, pay for the electrical upgrade.) Finally, after 6 months of excuses, they installed the water heater and the first thing we noticed is that it is still not big enough to fill our bathtub. I've spent the past six months calling the office every week or two trying to get a solution with no luck until finally today I was told that they've done all they can and no longer feel any responsibility toward their clients.

I can not describe how frustrating it has been to deal with these folks for the last year and can honestly say that I would suggest a basement full of sludge is preferable to any further interaction with these "professionals."

My “go to” for all plumbing needs at home. They did a repipe of my house that was first rate. Excellent material, minimally invasive and professional technicians. Outstanding work.

This company does service right. They are equipping their employees with the right technology and software to deliver great customer experiences. This is a wet, dirty job and I’m glad Modern Plumbing is on it.

Used them twice, once at office and once at home. They are two for two in my book. In both cases the initial call was answered by a competent human (Eddie in my case), the plumber who came out in both instances was on time, neat, professional, addressed the issue in minimal time. Very impressed. Will definitely use the again.

I had a small water main leak in an unknown location. I contacted 5 other companies for estimates. MP had the most reasonable rates, and was extremely knowledgeable about finding and fixing the problem. Brent was very professional in finding and clearly proposing a solution, and then efficiently completed the job in a short amount of time.

Manny was extremely unprofessional. I later learned he is not a licensed journeyman plumber, which makes it illegal for him to be doing plumbing work. It is very concerning that the company would knowingly hire and send out someone without proper licensing. On top of that, I overheard him making sexualized comments about women, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. Do not trust them.

Manny is a very good plumber, I am happy that Manny came for finishing plumbing. I recommend him to do your plumbing needs.

Called Jake with Oregon Healthy Homes to come out to clean our dryer vents which hadn't been cleaned in 25 years by the original owners. As expected, they were very bad and full of lint. Jake was very professional and did a great job in a short amount of time. Explained everything in detail he was doing and gave great advice on keeping our vents clean and clear. Included in the price of this service was a free indoor air quality test to make sure there were no harmful chemicals or gases present. As a parent, I thought this was a great added benefit going with Oregon Healthy homes. I will definitely be using Jake again for this dryer vent service along with all my other Heating and cooling maintenance.

I used these guys a few months ago for HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning. I liked them so much it was easy to call them again when it was time for our dryer vent cleaning. (HOA dictates the timeframe that needs to happen, otherwise I’d have had it serviced on their initial visit) Communication was great, service was prompt and professional, and they answered ask my questions. And… no pressure tactics to upswell me on anything. Just good people doing a good job. When the need arises down the road, I’ll happily call on them again. Thanks, Oregon Healthy Homes!

I couldn't be happier with the services Jake provided. He is very passionate about home air quality and inspected my entire HVAC system and measured my home air quality before making recommendations. He found a number of items that needed to be repaired and improved that other companies overlooked, including cleaning our HVAC system and ducts, installing a fresh air system, and even dryer vent cleaning. It is very difficult to find a company that will both perform HVAC repairs and monitor/make air quality improvements. He and Jasmine were very responsive and the work was performed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this business to anyone.
