Oregon Healthy Homes was one of the best companies we have interacted with so far. We needed a kitchen vent and make-up air to be installed for the vent. Jake was one of the few ones we contacted that were able to provide this kind of installation. It was a pleasant experience for the following reasons:
First, from the estimation to the completion, Jake was really prompt in providing the quote, keeping us updated on the scheduling, and other misc. communication.
Secondly, Jake is really knowledgeable and experienced in what he is doing. His job was professional neat and efficient which passed inspection without any issue. Also, both Jake and James kept the job site very clean.
Last but certainly not least, Jake was a truthful and nice person. He identified a minute gas leakage while he was here. Though, not part of his job, he offered to help us resolve the issue because of his kind heart.
We have already asked him to clean our ducts after the vent was done. We certainly would continue to work with Oregon Healthy Homes and recommend it to our family and friends.

Recently Oregon Healthy Homes did some maintenance on two different heat pumps. I'm very pleased with their work, and more than that with their underlying philosophy of improving people's health by improving their indoor air quality. They also gave me some great advice to consider for the future of my home.

It sounded too good to be true. But we were desperate. Old furnace was dead and we were cold. Justin and his crew were quick and efficient. AND the price was as promised with help from Oregon Energy Trust. Jan electric bill was $157, Feb was $131 and Apr was $57. Give them a call.

I highly recommend Oregon Healthy Homes! About a month ago Jake came and cleaned our ducts and vents. We could already notice a difference after they completed the job! Jake shared some other work that could be completed by them - a new water heater, duct work, and more :). It was great to have the same company complete the various repairs and improvements! Jake communicates very well about when they would arrive. I also appreciated how amazing Jake and James were around my two dogs and cat. Jasmine is also amazing to work with and communicates well. We look forward to using their services again!

Oregon Healthy Homes is an incredible company! Jacob gave us a detailed estimate with the cost and option for every item. Once we decide which work to have completed, it was such a quick turn around that our home was fully insulated less than 2 weeks from the first meeting. Most importantly was the impeccable work and kind and skilled employees. We even had a young new musician that just recorded an album leading the team! After 2 restoration companies took over 2 months to even bid on replacing our insulation, we were told about Oregon Healthy Homes by Garrett from Mold Testing Services of Oregon.
Now for the first time in 13 years, our home does not smell like mildew and mold when we walk in the door. That is worth all the thanks. Thank-you Micheal Opperman, Mick, and Tyler!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. OHH helped us with our house's air quality which had gradually had gotten more toxic since we built in 2016-our contractor used a local HVAC company that didn't know what they were doing. We were having copious amounts of dust blown from our crawl space into throughout or vents.....and an HRV that made the problem worse. Jake worked us in urgently and Colby and Jimmy did an amazing job did an amazing job fixing the problem. Our air is way better breathing clean air. OHH have earned a life-long customer.

They were awesome. Super impressive pricing and quick to schedule me in. They came to clean my HVAC ducts and dryer vent. They did a great job and were super nice to my young kids who were very curious about what they were doing and all the equipment. Definitely using them again and no one else.

Update (2025) I scheduled with them again 3 years later for another hvac cleaning as well as a duct sealing. They were right on time and did a great job. My kids thoroughly enjoyed watching them work and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. Thank you!

Justin was great... explained options, gave us a fair price and we didn't have to wait too long to get our new HVAC. We also added an air purifier, so important these days. The new thermostat was new for us, and Justin was very patient and explained it all to us...also got back to us quickly to answer questions.
Jake and Colby were thorough and informative when came to clean the air ducts.
So thankful to have this great system while having such extreme weather.

We got a comprehensive home air quality upgrade from Oregon Healthy Homes and we love it! The ERV is fantastic at keeping our CO2 levels down indoors without having to constantly open all the windows. We also had mold removed, got a UV air purifier installed, and got several fans and ducts fixed up. Our house is breathing right and now so are we.

Everyone was kind and professional during the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have been working with Jake for over 15 years both with their homes and our businesses. Words cannot express how I feel about Jake outstanding, excellent, customer service! They all apply. I’ve had issues where he’s come over in the evening or on the weekend to fix whatever’s needed. Many times she’s walked me through simple things to fix, but he has always been there and always answers the phone. Jake and his team are the kind of people that care about you, your family, and making sure your equipment is up and running at full capacity. My mold inspector reccomended Jacob and his team and I’m so glad that they did. They understood how our hvac affected my health, it’s only been a week since they did the work and I’m feeling better already. The team was great to work with and they’re also easy to get ahold of!

Jose was prompt and friendly. I've worked with Oregon Healthy Homes before so there was no question who to call when the heat suddenly went out. Jose was out to the house within a few hours and the faulty part was replaced by the next day. Great service and support.

I am so happy we had Oregon Healthy Homes come out to help us with our humid house. I contacted Oregon Healthy Homes and Justin confirmed what it took me far too long to figure out - the insulation we added over the last few years was trapping humid air inside our house. His testing also showed our air quality was poor.

We had them install an ERV system and partially encapsulate our crawlspace to address the humidity/air quality. It totally fixed the problem - our humidity is now in the proper range and our CO2 levels remain in the "safe" zone. Honestly, we've had several people out to address this issue before Oregon Healthy Homes and this is the first thing that actually worked. It was such a relief.

Additionally, during the install we discovered a gas leak - turns out our prior HVAC company hadn't properly installed our gas furnace. NW Natural red-tagged our furnace so we couldn't use it until it was fixed on day 2 of work. I called Justin and he had an HVAC guy out within an hour so our furnace was fixed by the end of the work day. They also found a few other problems with the "work" we'd had done and corrected them for us.

Our experience has been phenomenal - very responsive, clear communication throughout, didn't pressure on us about choices, showed us pictures to verify what they were doing, etc. We have ditched our old HVAC company and will use Oregon Healthy Homes moving forward.
