Rayborn's was very helpful in referring me to a restoration company that helped me identify the issue with water that was under my parents' house. Although it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, Shawn's prompt assistance helped me to move forward with preparing my parents' house for sale.

Nate was supposed to be here at 11:00, at least that is what he communicated to me. When I pulled into my driveway at five minutes till 11:00 he was gone. No phone call from him. I called the office and they said on his schedule he had written 11ish.....Not what he told me....

Had an appointment and had 2 hr window, called after 45 minutes after 2 hr window, guy was completely rude, unprofessional and offered that I call another plumber and hung up on me!!! Seriously!!!??? Called Three Mountains Plumbing and came out same day, called before arrived and did excellent job. Our plumbers name is Jeff, super professional!!!

Horrible business. I've never been treated worse, as a REPEATING CONTRACTOR, like I was by Rayborns Plumbing. Most unsettling experience I've had with them by far. No business has ever talked down to me like that, as a contractor.

Other bad reviews stated they received an apology - they didn't apologize to me.

Nonetheless, I will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Great service! Calls are answered by a PERSON, not voicemail and a plumber came during the timeframe I requested. He ascertained the problem immediately and fixed in 20 minutes. I am scheduling further repair work and will be recommending Rayburn’s to family and friends!

Had a unique water hammer problem related to the irrigation system. Four previous service calls could not resolve the issue. Irrigation company suggested Rayburn’s. On the initial call I could tell they understood the problem and offered solutions. Chuy came out and suggested several solutions, which he installed. The problem is resolved. Great service and very knowledgeable !

I have worked with Rayborn's for over 30 years on commercial projects and my residence. They show up as scheduled on time and the price is fair. Both their office people and the crew are great to work with.

Somehow my faucet on my shower got busted at the end of last week. I decided to call Rayborn's this morning to see when they could come out. They originally told me that they might have to order the part and that it would take maybe a week to get it, but that they'll come out next Thursday to get it taken care of. I would have been totally happy with this, since I know plumbers are very busy right now. However, they called me back a couple of hours later and said they had a quick opening this afternoon and sent someone right over.

Their service plumber did a fantastic job and was very fast. 10/10 would use them again! Thanks!

Rayborn’s Plumbing (and Chuy in particular) did a great job of repairing a burst water pipe. The work was done well, promptly and at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend using them!

Chuy did a great job on installing our new kitchen sink faucet. He was nice, very professional & cleaned up when he was finished. We've used Rayborn's several times over the years & they have always excelled. Thank you Rayborn's for having such a professional & knowledgeable staff.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAYBORN'S PLUMBING! They are overpriced and won't be able to do the job right.

We had Rayborn's plumbing out twice and NEVER again! The first time was to repair a frost free outdoor faucet...the guy didn't even have replacement parts in his truck to install a new one or a basic shut off valve. The extra costs to get parts was outrageous so we had to compromise with a substandard repair that wasn't what we wanted.

Unfortunately, we didn't learn the first time, and had them out again. They ended up charging us for a plumber and an apprentice for a job that should've only taken one person. Plus, again, they were not prepared with the basic plumbing supplies and charged us for multiple trips back to their shop. Then, they installed the work incorrectly, had to redo it, and charged us full rate for that! They even charges for the 2 hours they spent standing around yacking with other Rayborn plumbing trucks that pulled-up to talk and distract from our project. Their work was so bad, we had to do more work to accommodate their inability to follow basic plans.

In the end, they said they discounted their rate to cover some of their inefficiencies and mistakes, but it wasn't even close to what it should have been. They should be embarrassed by what they charged for the crappy work they did!

Rayborn's Plumbing deserves 10 stars if I could give it!!! I had a LOT of misc. plumbing needs. Everyone I delt with at Rayborne's (shout out to Mike, Debi and Pete) really were amazing. I felt like I was family! Pete came out and spent hours taking care of a list of concerns with ease. He showed me what the issues were and explained what (and showed me) what was causing it and what he was doing and he even checked all other possible causes to ensure that everything was checked and taken care of.
They clearly care about their customers, because it does indeed show! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rayborn's Plumbing for any plumbing related concern!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from an outstanding company. Definitely a 10 star company!! From the first call to Rayborn's (Mike, Debbi) everyone was so helpful at a time of crisis. I felt like I was dealing with a first rate company from the very beginning! I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe and did not know who to call. Debbie worked wonders getting a plumber to me as fast as possible...faster than I dared hope for. Chuy came out and took care of the problem with ease. He checked other areas to ensure that everything was working as expected and even took the time to show me how I can check for myself in the future, if I am worried that I have another leak.
They clearly care about their customers and it shows!
I would absolutely recommend Rayborn's Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors. I am going to add them to our HOA neighbor referral list!!

Andrew was absolutely amazing and thorough. He pulled a ton of debris stuck down the drain and Made sure all pipes were clear and working order before he left. Would definitely use him and his company in the future for our plumbing needs

Andrew was AWESOME!! My tenants had a clog and I called. I knew he’d get there but within an hour was a very pleasant surprise! He was very fair on price and even took the time to walk us through the issue to prevent it again! Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Andrew!!

I was able to schedule a service visit only a day or two later. Kevin H. was able to diagnose the problem with my water heater right away and had it replaced that same afternoon. He was excellent at explaining the problem, the repair/installation process, and the maintenance process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this rotor rooter service to everyone. They were at my place within 45 minutes. And did an outstanding job. I appreciate all theses young men did for my Mom. Very professional. Extremely polite and very informative. They are definitely my go to plumber from now on. Thank you for helping us!!!! You were a godsend.
