This place is a TOTAL JOKE and I’d avoid it at all costs even it costs more at other places. 3 of us have been waiting for over 25 minutes waiting for the ONE person they have working to do everything by himself. He is working as hard as he can but he can only do so much. What a slap in the face to their customers where this is the level of help they have staffed here in the mornings. And this is EVERY TIME. I’ve never been in here in the morning where it was anything but a complete clown show. I’ll never come here again unless I have no other choice.

This is the only branch of Ferguson I dread being sent to. There’s this one guy, I’m not sure of his name but he’s usually the main counter guy, older bald. I’m not sure what the man has going on in life but he does not seem like he enjoys his job or doing his job. I thought it was just me but it’s not. The guy will take his time and make you wait even when there’s not much going on. I don’t expect him to run as fast as he can to serve customers but please be more mindful. I was in there for 45 minutes . 35 minutes was spent sitting at the counter because he just was sitting at the computer. I also do not recommend showing up before 8 and do not show up when there’s several plumbers in there. He doesn’t seem to do well with multiple tasks. He likes to get an attitude if you ask him for an item and he has to look it up. Every other Ferguson has excellent customer service. Shoot I started going to consolidated more often because of this and we try to not use consolidated as often because of the price difference.
I don’t want the Ferguson guy to get in trouble but come on bud, we aren’t purposely trying to make your job hard. I’m rooting for you!

We contracted Rayborns to change out our trim and rough in valve in our grandmother’s home. They were completely professional, quick and precise in their work. They scheduled the labor within a couple of days, showed up on time, and did what was asked to perfection. Andrew and Debbie in the office made life easy, while Pete, their plumber, was extremely kind, and meticulous in his work. We are so happy with their work, and would definitely recommend to other people needing plumbing work done in their homes!

Run the other way. What an awful business and rude, inconsiderate, overpriced individuals. I hope they can make a change for the positive. Yikes.

Never called me back...absolutely no response to my voicemail. I had to call another plumbing company. Disappointing.

Rayborns plumbing went the extra mile for me to get my leak fixed. Only plumber I will call.

I would give them a try since there are new owners there. They came in and have been making some big improvements in all facets of the company. If you want quality, then try the new owners and workers they have in place for you.

We paired them to investigate a leak around the bath tub. They charged 200 dollars. Then when it failed they charged another 200 to fix it. Bad business practice!! Go else where.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance and they gave me a 2-hour window when they'd show up. They showed up 2.5 hours after the end of the 2-hour window and never called me to let me know what their status was. I guess they knew they had the upper hand and can operate that way. The next time I'll call someone else!

Arrived a little early. Addressed all my issues, adjusting or repairing everything I needed to address. I definitely will always use them when ever I need a plumber!

I have been using Rayborns since before the new ownership. They have done nothing but great work for me even if they had to reschedule. Pricing was fair and work was hastily done.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Their service was terrible, the workmanship was shoddy and they are trying to charge me 3 times as much as the original quote! CHOOSE ANYONE BUT THEM!!

#1 When I first moved into my house in Sherwood I wanted local help so I chose Rayborns. Nate, the head honcho, operates out of integrity--hence the 2 star rating--but I paid for a plumber 3 times. He was unable to find the leak dripping on my bathroom floor. He ran toilet paper around the bottom of the shower pan & made sure it wasn't water dripping off to glass door. The wall by the shower became wet & black mould began to grow. I was renting out the basement apt at the time & my tenants finally moved out because the wife was getting sick all the time. There was no adjustment in the price I paid for nothing & true, I didn't know enough to ask for it. #2 my basement flooded. We decided I needed a french drain as tree roots were breaking the plastic water pipe. Rayborn's dug the hole but wouldn't fill it back. I had to hire someone else to do that. Ross
