Leroy is the guy to call for all AC installations!!!! The process was timely and professional. I was well informed and involved in the process. Leroy was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable in this project. You will not regret his services as he’s attention to detail and very hardworking.

Thank you so much greater purpose heating and cooling for our AC and furnace installation as our home is cool.

Although I felt like Leroy and was kind and thorough we have had problems with our new system. We ended up getting a brand new $10k+ system with his company and it does not keep up in the weather. I know several people with my same floor plan and square footage in my neighborhood and their systems keep up, even in these more extreme temperatures. Additionally, our electricity bil more than doubled in the winter. The company did come out and do some recall work on the unit but it has not fixed the issue. Something is definitely wrong with the unit.
I have contacted the company several times with my concerns and they have not been properly addressed.
Very disappointed that we supposedly upgraded to a bigger system but are getting worse performance.

Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling was able to come out same day for us! I was so relieved after Leroy looked at our Air Handler in the attic and started explaining things to me. He was very detailed at what was going on with my unit. He also shared real-time information with me including thermometer readings and pictures of his findings. He explained what the numbers/temperatures should be at, what ours were currently at, and the possible reasons what was causing the difference in temperature. He also removed a huge ice block from underneath our unit! We had been up in the attic the night before trying to find out what was the issue but didn't see the ice.

His prices are very reasonable compared to other companies we've used in the past. It seemed maybe even half of someone we used 1.5 years ago. It's nice to talk to an owner you know values their customers enough to provide reasonable pricing.

Leroy also explained to us how our unit is older and how we could benefit from a new system but it was informative only, there was absolutely no pressure on his part for us to get a new system. But when we do absolutely need a new system, we plan to choose Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling.

Leroy and his team are such kind, professional people. We have used Greater Purpose for our own HVAC and furnace replacement, as well as my mother’s entire system. 10 out of 10, genuinely. A definite blessing in our community.

As always the service people did a terrific job. Pleasant professional technicians. Reason we are on a yearly maintenance plan with them.

I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Leroy, the technician, was such a pro. He showed up on time, and his service was top-notch. Not only was he skilled and knowledgeable, but he was also super friendly and polite. Leroy took the time to understand my needs and offered personalized options.

The repair process was smooth, with some seriously impressive craftsmanship. And get this: not only did he fix the issue and clean out my very dirty unit—he also went into my crawl space and repaired a leak that improved the airflow significantly.

Additionally, he provided insider tips on how to keep my unit in tip-top shape. Talk about going the extra mile!

Oh, and let me tell you about their pricing. Totally fair and competitive. It's clear this company values integrity and building long-term relationships. So, without a doubt, I highly recommend Greater Purpose Heating and Cooling for all your heating and cooling needs. They're simply outstanding!

At first I was told it would be an $80 charge to look at the system. I told them that if there was a thermostat needed, it would cost around $200. I was charged over $300 for the thermostat and $240 for two hours of work. I am grateful for having it fixed but I also think I was over-charged.

Very rude would not recommend

We are always very happy with Rundle HVAC! Dave is always kind and does a great job! Very knowledgeable and explains things in a way I can understand them.

I paid Mr Rundle $600 to service and repair my furnace. The furnace was making a loud poof sound and he said that was probably because the furnace was in the attic. When winter came the furnace was making a loud boom when it turned on and then it stopped working all together. I called a different service and I was told nothing had been done to service my furnace for a very long time. Mr Rundle had been urging me to have him install a new furnace so I guess that's what was really going on. I had to pay another service to do what he said he had done (for a lot less money). They said many of the things Mr Rundle had told me were not true. Now it works fine.

The gentleman was very rude, and told my husband that people who have disabilities should wear a sign on their heads... He also got upset at my husband because my husband mentioned that a new AC would cost about $7000. Mr Ruddle jumped my husband and said how do you know how much it costs, my husband said he looked it up online... Mr. Ruddle was upset and started saying I'm not going to put in a unit that you bought from China, are you going to install it yourself? My husband said no I was just looking at the price... Mr Ruddle continued to lecture my husband... FYI Home depot will be here on Wednesday... Can't deal with this kind of person...

Mr. Rundle came for the first time to us when nobody else was able to send a technician - I found him going down the list in the yellow pages. He came within an hour and he figured out the issue with our air conditioner and got it fixed. We have used him exclusively ever since and have not had a single problem with his service. He knows what he is doing and his prices are very reasonable.
