I was notified as to when my service tech was on his way, he showed up, completed the job, gave precise instructions on the care and left. He was very friendly and efficient in doing what needed to be done. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs appliance repair. Thank you for a job well done.

I highly reccommend Columbia Appliance. Our Maytag washer needed repaired. I called Maytag and they were no help. Said we were on our own because they had no repair contractors in our area. I called Columbia Appliance because of their good reviews and I'm so happy I did. They called me back within 30 minutes, scheduled us same week and within a week of our problem, they had ordered the parts, fixed it and returned our washer. Throughout the process, they kept in contact via text and phone calls. We were never left wondering what was going on. This company provides great customer service. Their service tech are highly knowledgeable and super friendly.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The guys that did the work were friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff took good care of me from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for all your appliance repairs.

When I called the office, they were friendly and able to get a technician out within a couple of days. Moises arrived when he said he would he was very efficient and polite. He figured out right away what was wrong ordered the part and was back in two days to repair my stove and fridge. He also cleaned up everything he used. Great service! Thank you.

Very nice people. Set up my appointment and Moises came the following Monday. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Came back the next Monday and put the parts in. The parts were defective. Rather than take a chance on the new parts to be defective, we opted to just get a new stove. This is in no way a reflection on Columbia Appliance Repair. They were great. If I have to have another appliance repair job done, I will definitely call them.

Emilio came on a Saturday after he closed to deliver and install our dryer and take our old one away. He was professional, courteous and on time. Highly recommend.

Installation was quick price was to be expected but quality could have been better to say the least as well as communication but after a year with the product it is shooting freeon out of it and these guys are unreachable it worked great for almost a year but now does not work at all been trying to contact someone for 2 days and have left multiple messages to no avail

Miguel was professional and easy to communicate with. Very knowledgeable he diagnosed and repaired several issues while here at a reasonable price. We had a lot of issues incorrectly installed Thermostat, expose wiring at the heat pump, Which he repaired quickly then service the units and was courteous enough to call back the next day to see how the unit was working.

I would recommend Miguel to anyone who has HVAC issues. To Miguel it was a pleasure to have you here and will not use anyone else.

Couldn’t ask for better service. We had our spring maintenance done. Miguel was very thorough and polite and when he found a problem with our ac unit he explained what it did showed us what voltage it should be at and changed it out for us. Great honest work

We called Miguel sat morning during a heat wave cause our a/c quit working he was here within a few hours!! He even had the part on hand!! He was super nice and very efficient!!!
