Repair people were very professional and punctual. The repair was done quickly and I would recommend this company if you need appliance repair.

Zero complaints. Broken washer. They were here within a couple of days. Moved my heavy stacked washer and dryer. Told me the problem and cost upfront. Had to order a part and came the next time they were in town. Jasmine was very polite and professional. She exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely use their services again.

This was the second time I called Columbia Appliance for help with a broken appliance. Both experiences were positive. Both were for cranky refrigerators! We received prompt and professional service both times. The technician was professional and patiently explained the issue to me. Their rates are reasonable and they are local. We are lucky to have this great resource in our community.

Amazing experience! They are prompt and worked hard at figuring out what was wrong with our washer. Did not charge for coming back with a part. Offered discount if we needed a new washer but we didn’t. Jasmine is super professional and gets right to work. She is easy to be around while working on the washer. She is awesome! And Columbia is lucky to have her. :) I really appreciated Columbia appliance and will be a repeat customer in the future.

I took my dryer in it was making a horrible sound. The communication was great with this company. I was not expecting my dryer to be repaired until Monday but the part came in and it was finished 3 days after drop off. Customer service was great they showed me what went wrong. Highly recommend.

Dryer stopped heating so they sent someone to fix it, guy claimed to have fixed the problem but an hour after he left something sounded like an explosion and it blew a fuse. Called to get it re-fixed and they didn’t have anyone available for a few days which was frustrating because I had wet clothes in the washer. Guy came back and fixed the problem, they didn’t charge me for the re visit so that was nice but now my dryer makes this awful loud squeak- I’m assuming he didn’t put it back together correctly

Moises diagnosed problem - ordered parts - back in 4 days (same week) and we are drying clothes right away. Great job ( and the dryer was on warranty). Could not be happier
