ArborPro gave us a competitive quote after walking around our property and assessing what was needed. When it came time to do the work, they showed up on time, even a little early. There were three people who got the work done efficiently and did a great job of cleanup. Trimming back a couple of huge trees, they were very skilled and knew how to best prune big trees.

Wow, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark, Crystal, Eddie and Mac have made sure we never use anyone else. From start to finish they were amazing. Eddie and Mac came out yesterday and ended up being asked to do more WAY than they had originally anticipated, but never batted an eye. They took about 30' off of two 100' trees (right on our property line) at the bottom of our very steep hill with skill and precision (we now have our view of Mt. Hood thanks to them), did clearance pruning around our entire house (also on some very tall trees with acrobatic rope work) and then cleaned up better than we could have ever imagined. If you need tree work done, USE ArborPro. Don't be silly and waste your time hunting around...THIS is the company to use!

We had them out again this year to clear our "view window" and to cut down a few smaller trees...amazing, just like before!! We got a truck load of wood chips from them too! We met Adam this time and he was incredibly nice and professional! We love this company!

Arbopro was amazing from start to finish. The arborist came and accessed our tree, a Japanese Maple. He told us everything about it (the previous owner we bought the house from planted it) now we know everything about this gorgeous tree thanks to him sharing his knowledge. We got the bid. Accepted. Alerted our neighbors and the team who showed up was fabulous. David and Fern did the work. So professional. So friendly and clean up was flawless, and our little Chugg really liked Fern. As a business owner I know how important it is to take a few minutes to praise another company. People are so fast to report negatives. This company obviously cares about trees and the work they do, yet I think they also care about their employees which means excellent business and high quality work. Thanks to David and Fern for their hard work, we are so happy with the results.

I am very pleased with Arbor Pro Tree Experts and their tree trimming services. The “guys” were super nice and very respectful of my property as well as taking care not “to hurt” the trees they were trimming. They cleaned up all the trimmings very well and you would hardly even know that they were here! My trees do not look hacked away haphazardly either! Thank you Arbor Pro! I highly recommend you to anyone!

The team at ArborPro removed a tree for us and performed stump grinding. They were prompt, professional, got out for a free estimate quickly, and safely removed the tree. They came in the lowest of the quotes we got, taking a few hundred dollars off of the end quote because stump grinding didn't take as long. Thank you!

The arborist were professional and friendly. They completed everything that was on my list. They asked my opinion when necessary. And they removed the debris before they left. Good job!

On January 13, 2024, an ice storm gripped Gresham, but this time it did something never seen in all the years I have lived around here: The fir trees caught freezing rain, then partially thawed and then more freezing rain, so that they became so heavy that we had BIG trees falling everywhere. We were referred to ArborPro Tree Experts and they were excellent in communicating, quick to schedule and execute, and showed kind patience with us as we dealt with the exact opposite form of service from State Farm as they continue to play games with us. If you want it done fast and on time, call ArborPro. They are one of the last companies that do what they say, when they say they would do it, and for what they said they would do it for! I will call them for anything to do with trees for as long as I live! I trust them.

I have contracted with Arbor Pro three times for routine maintenance of my yard trees. Every time they have been professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They show up with a great attitude and get the work done efficiently.

Every time I've scheduled them well in advance, so every time they've happened to come during inclement weather: once rain, once a very cold day with significant snow on the ground, and most recently one of our 90 degree-plus days. Without complaint they have done what they needed to ensure safety, and gotten their work done up in the trees while I was shivering or sweating inside my home. Their last visit we had David and Fernando, and they were super down to earth and efficient. They even chipped and hauled a pile of brush I had from some earlier work.

Overall, highly recommended!

Pretty disappointing to deal with. I tried to get an appointment to have trees assessed, but they could only give a 3 hour window, where you have to wait around for the arborist to know his schedule on the morning of. I waited around that morning, then received a call saying it would be a late visit because of "traffic" and they still weren't sure when. When the arborist called to follow up he was hostile. I don't think it's reasonable to request that a customer take a half day off work for a basic appointment, which cannot be confirmed or kept the day of that appointment. NOTE: This is the first time I am leaving a business a negative review.

Arbor Pro removed a big, 100 year old oak from my back yard yesterday. It was close to the house and had deck built around the bottom, making it a difficult job. They were GREAT!! Used a crane from the front of the house to lift everything up and over the roof and down the front yard. Quite an operation to watch, and the entire crew was so easy to work with, and so good at what they did. Would hire them again in anytime!

We hired Arborpro to remove a street tree and stump grind. They helped with the permit, arrived on time, removed the tree, ground the stump, did a good job of cleaning up. They meet expectations. We would hire them again.

I had a great experience with ArborPro and will be using them in the future for any arborist work I need done. Their staff is friendly and professional and they did a great job with all the work I had done.

Colin is very knowledgable and really cares about your trees. I feel like he recommends only what's needed and is not trying to push unnecessary work. Their pricing is fair, and they pay attention to the small details when they do their work. Their workers show up on time and do a great job, checking in before and after finishing.

From the moment Adam came out for a quote to the wrapping up of the tree removal, ArborPro Tree removal was wonderful to work with. We had a very large dead poplar tree in the back of the yard that needed to be removed. We were contemplating to remove remove an old fir at the same time. Adam took the time to explain how the fir and the adjacent large tree are protecting each other and how it could negatively affect the other tree. I very much appreciated that he did not just try to make more money by having us cut down another tree. We ended up having the poplar removed (which was not an easy feat as it had been dead for a while and it's next to the creek) and have the fir and adjacent tree pruned.
ArborPro was very good at keeping us informed about the timeline and the crew was very punctual. They were super friendly and professional. The yard was exceptionally clean after everything was done. Additionally, their quote came in on the lower spectrum of all the ones we had gotten.
I highly recommend giving ArborPro a call if you need any tree service done. We will definitely use them again.

Arborpro is just that. They love trees and I so appreciate that they are willing to do the least damage to our wonderful trees and still accomplish a huge task. They are kind, punctual, professional, and very cute! We had a very good experience with them, and our trees did too. Looks great.

The ArborPro guys who did the work were very respectful and friendly. The job was done well and they cleaned up the entire area when finished. The only drawback I felt was having to pay half upfront. This turned out to be months that the company had my deposit before the work was done.

After multiple years of interviewing Arborist's to take on a massive job of removing 8+ White Oaks (dangerously close to the home), general trimming of pear trees and removal of overgrown shrubs, I met Mark. I was un-happy with the typical sleazy salesmen coming out to "make me a great deal" on my job. Mark is very honest and forth coming. His extensive knowledge of my trees and plants helped me feel comfortable removing trees that I grew up with 40 years ago. His price was competitive and his team was amazing. Watching them rig these massive logs and getting things to land where they wanted was exciting to watch. So exciting, I kept my son home from school to watch. They felt like friends after the three day job and I was sad it was over. I will only call Arbor Pro for any work and have already told everyone I know. If I only had a stack of business cards to hand out.(hint hint). Anyways, Wonderful company, wonderful team, wonderful execution. Great job!!! Thanks! Stacy Noll

Had a great experience with ArborPro, from start to finish they were awesome.
The crew (Tyler, Mac & Ryan) showed up early and ready to start. All 3 of them were very professional, knowable, friendly & helpful with my many questions.
They were cautious to not damage my other shrubs/trees and they took the time to do it right.
Attention to the after the job clean-up was the cherry on top! 100% would recommend. 👍🏻
