Reviews of local pros in West Linn, Oregon

We highly recommend Jacob. He was on time; he is very professional; he kept the area clean; and the result was amazing. We will be having him do our patio this spring. Thank you, Jacob. You did a wonderful job, and we appreciate. The Greeffs

I wish I had pictures of how dirty our White House was before Jacob soft washed it! It looks great and saved me an outdoor paint job. Really great price!! Would highly recommend.

Jacob power washed our back patio in a “time is of the essence” situation. He did a great job and I highly recommend Orbit Soft Wash!

Jacob had great attention to detail when powerwashing our driveway, patio and sidewalk. He was also flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling. Highly recommended!

WOW! I've worked with many subcontractors over the years and Jacob is the BEST! First - he arrives ON TIME! Second - He works his tail off and explains everything along the way. Third - He walks you around to address any issues you may have. His bid was considerably lower than others I have contacted to clean the exterior of our home. I've already had him back to power wash our walkways and driveway. I will continue recommending him and using him whenever I need QUALITY work down in a TIMLY manner at an AFFORDABLE price! Thank you Jacob!

Jacob did a very good job of cleaning my roof and gutters. Showed up on time and did everything he included in the bid . A very reasonable cost and I will hire him again.

Great service from start to finish getting patio/driveway pressure washed and pavers sealed with polymer sand. Jacob is professional, friendly, and great with communication on each step of the process.

Jacob was so professional. He explained the process and the time-frame clearly. He always cleaned up after he worked. Just a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend him and use his services in the future.

Jacob did a fantastic job. He was punctual, responsible and did exactly what he promised to do! His price was reasonable and my driveway looks great. It's nice when you encounter a person who behaves professionally and does what he promises. He maintained communication with us every step of the way, too!

I can’t say enough good things about Jacob and Orbit Soft Wash. I reached out with a short timeline for a home we were selling and wanted to clean up for photos and he got out to quote the job within hours of our first phone call, and accomplished the work itself within days. The price was quite a bit better than another company I had quote the job and included more too. His work was thorough and he even took time (unasked by me) to return the following day to double check his work since he finished near dark and couldn’t tell if he’d gotten everything satisfactorily. His communication through both email, phone and text was consistent and on point. I appreciate small businesses, but ones like this where care and effort is so clearly taken in every aspect of the job are rare. If you need any sort of pressure washing, roof care or anything of that nature, Orbit Soft Wash is the way to go.

Jacob did an amazing job with our roof cleaning. He was very thorough and returned multiple times to reassess and ensure the treatments were successful. Our roof looks great and we will be using Jacob for other services in the future.

Amazing job! We had the front of our store done and it made it a million times better. Thanks Jacob for your awesome work.

Look no further, Jacob is simply the best! Amazing service - courteous, prompt and the patio, which was a mossy mess, now looks like new. I will definitely be hiring him again and recommend him wholeheartedly for all your power washing needs.

Very professional, did a great job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using Jacob and his crew in the future.

Great Job. They spent an entire day getting my roof and gutters cleaned up and then cleaned the whole yard. Really strong work and i will definitely be hiring them again.

Fantastic work once again. I did not hesitate to book Orbit Soft Wash again as Jacob is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. His process results in clean surfaces using way less water than we would have used and in a fraction of the time it would take us! Thank you again for a job well done.

To prepare to sell my home I needed to get the exterior cleaned. I contacted several home washing companies and was very lucky to have found Orbit Soft Wash. Jacob the owner came over looked at my home and gave me a quote. He is very impressive and I hired him to do it.

He came on time and did a great job. The outside of the home looked brand new when he was done. He also cleans roofs as well. Jacob is a very honest efficient and fair. I would use him again in a second.

Give him a try and I know you will pleased.

We are really pleased with the outcome of service provided by Jacob. We had our cutters cleaned and appreciated his input and suggestions. You will receive quality service and communication. We are confident in urging you to book and work with Jacob.

Jacob did a fantastic job on our concrete. The quality of work is exceptional and the price was unbeatable! If you’re looking for a professional pressure washing service, I highly recommend Jacob.

I hired Orbit Soft Wash for a roof soft wash after my roof had become completely riddled with moss. After the service and a few months later, every bit of moss is gone and the roof has never looked better. The results speak for themselves, and the roof looks healthy instead of stressed.

I especially appreciated their approach because I’ve had a bad experience in the past with another company that used aggressive cleaning methods, which ended up damaging the roof on a separate house and had to be replaced entirely. Orbit Soft Wash was the complete opposite—professional, careful, and effective. I wouldn’t trust my roof to anyone else and highly recommend them.

Jacob is awesome. From when you first reach out to him, he is quick to respond and offers all the information you could need on the services he performs. He communicates well and arrives on time, then does his job with a high attention to detail. He came back as needed for unforeseen issues until the results were exactly what we had expected. My wife wanted a new roof but following Jacob's cleaning, she is happy holding off that expense now! I was very pleased with the results of all the services he provided us (cleaning roof, gutters, siding, pressure washing bricks and concrete driveway/walkways) and will be sure to reach out to Jacob again for next time!
