Reviews of local pros in West Linn, Oregon

We had an excellent experience with ArborPro . . . the ground + office teams were technically skilled, knowledgable, professional, communicative, and timely. My kids loved watching them work. They pruned all the trees in our yard with care, arranged permitting, and safely removed a huge fir that had started to lean without any damage to our house, power lines, or neighboring properties.

ArborPro trimmed back our hedge along the front of the house and trimmed back 5 other trees and bushes on our property. The process of getting a proposal from them was effortless; they helped us figure out what all we wanted done. And then they came and did exactly what was in the proposal (with a few minor adjustments at our request). Staff communicated well and were extremely friendly. Thanks! We''ll be back!

I had five trees in desperate need of pruning. ArborPro did a fantastic job from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations. The crew was very friendly and professional and their prices were cometitive. I highly recommend ArborPro for your tree care needs and I will definitely use them again for any future tree care.

The guys from Arborpro were recently at my son’s house to remove many trees. Ryan, Fern, Tyler, and Connor, all worked hard and did a fantastic jump. They were expert and planning where to fall the trees and did a great job working around a pond. They had some great ideas where to place some of the downed trees in the pond, and we have already had a pair of Mallards enjoying it. They did a fantastic job from the start to the cleanup.
The office group of Lily and Maurine were very attentive and working with Colin from the beginning was a real pleasure. We were all very happy and will be using them all again.

It was totally amazing to watch two young men remove the trees that were threatening our house and drive way. They were fast and efficient. left the area super clean. Highly recommended to anyone wants a better price and best service.

The wind storm in January took down a very large tree .This was a huge mess and thousands of pounds of wood and debris and and upturned gigantic stump that created a big hole.. ArborPro handled all the work including removing the stump filling the hole and completing removing all the wood and debris. The price was very fair .The crew worked efficiently, safely and were very friendly and professional.
Would definitely recommend them.

ArborPro did a great job with our recent tree removal project.
Ryan was a true professional. He got us a detailed and fair estimate and then his team returned to do the work on time and as planned. The work was done quickly and the clean up was perfect. What more could you ask for ! Great outfit ! 5 stars.

What a great group to work with! My initial contact was with Chrystal and Lily, whose response time was quick (unlike other companies who either are slow to respond, or don't respond at all) and were engaging, and cheerful. When Ryan came to estimate the project, he listened carefully, made good suggestions, and came back with a reasonable price. Alex and Liam, who did the work, were most cordial, and very professional. I could tell by. their work ethic and care that these guys were real pros! My trees look better than ever, their cleanup was immaculate! They go the extra mile, as well, with suggestions as to upkeep and care. And most important, in the end result, everything was done to perfection. I have lots of trees, so the next time I need any tree work done, I'll definitely use ArborPro Tree Experts!

I really appreciated ArborPro’s professionalism and care. They were originally hired to remove a couple of branches that were just grazing my roof. When they arrived, they pointed out a few adjacent branches that would likely droop once the others were removed, and they offered to take care of those as well at no extra charge.

The final job was excellent. Everything was done quickly, safely, and with great attention to detail. They left the area spotless afterward, and none of my garden plants were harmed in the process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I felt my property was genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

The ArborPro team was fantastic to work with! They were able to get me on the schedule for a quote within 2 days, Ryan was really helpful and detailed in explaining the recommended work (limbing 2 large trees), and the state of one of them that I was concerned with. The job was scheduled quickly and Ryan and his crew did a really great job getting all necessary limbs down cleanly and safely. They were friendly, fast and cleaned up really well when they were done, making sure to go over the work that was done and future tree care needs. They even blew out the gutters for me to make sure all was ship-shape before they left! I highly recommend them for any tree care needs and will call on them again when needed in the future!

Fair pricing, excellent knowledge with crews that are very professional, think safety first, and when they are done you have a hard time finding any debris or mess left behind from their work. We have been using for several years and never disappointed, and have them speed dial...

The truck was working down the street and when he was done and driving away I flagged him down and asked how much to chip up some tree trimming debris , he quoted me a price and was able to do it right then! There were 3 workers and they were great! Thank you so much! Highly recommend them!!

Alex and. Liam did a great job of topping our arbor vitaes along the fences. They were polite and respectful, and cleaned up the yard after the trimming was done. It all looks great!

I have used Arbor Pro for a number of years now. During that time, they have consistently delivered great service at a great price. It is rare to say about any company, but I absolutely trust Arbor Pro to provide a trustworthy evaluation of the work required and a competitive estimate. Today they did a tree pruning service on a large cedar and douglas fir. They were efficient, on time and did a great job. I highly recommend Arbor Pro.

I am very pleased to give a positive review for ArborPro Tree Experts. We first heard of them from our son, who had hired them to remove a diseased tree from his yard last year. He was pleased with their work and expertise, so it was an easy decision to go with them when half of our old sweet gum split off, falling across our yard and fence.

First, Collin came to assess the damage, determined it was stable enough to not be an emergency situation, and scheduled for its removal several weeks later. Three young men, Mac, David, and Fernando, arrived last Thursday and worked diligently until the job was completed, approximately 6 hours later. They were extremely courteous, careful of our property, and obviously well trained for safety and knowledge of how best to take down a large tree. They then ground the stump, chipped all the branches into their truck, and used giant tongs to lift the heavy trunk pieces into another truck to haul away. I was most impressed with the process and took quite a few photos and videos.

That evening Collin followed up to assure I was satisfied and to talk about what type of tree we want to put in place of the one removed. We have not yet decided upon that, but it will happen later, in the fall.

Removing a large tree is an expensive job, but seeing these three young men work over 6 hours in the heat, without a break, and expertly take the tree apart safely and wisely helped me to see that the price we paid was very reasonable.

I can’t recommend Colin Bourgeois and the entire crew at ArborPro Tree Experts enough! I’ve used them multiple times now and have always been completely satisfied with their work. They can truly tackle any job, no matter the difficulty—watching them remove challenging trees with their massive crane is a show of its own! A special thanks as well to Crystal and Kendra in the office for always making the scheduling process a breeze. If you need tree work done right, call Colin and his team.

A+ service and professionalism!

Prompt response time and professional service. Jacob was very easy to work with and the end result was better than I imagined it could be.

So responsive, commutative, and our roof looks great- would give them 6 stars if I could!

This guy is great!!!!
