Reviews of local pros in West Linn, Oregon

Jacob at Orbit Softwash did an outstanding job at my home. He took care of window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing my driveway and patio, and everything turned out better than I expected.

My windows are crystal clear, the gutters are completely cleaned out, and the driveway and patio look brand new. You can tell Jacob really cares about doing the job right and paying attention to the details.

He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and he showed up when he said he would. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes this much pride in their work.

I would absolutely recommend Jacob at Orbit Softwash to anyone looking to have their home cleaned up and refreshed. I’ll definitely be calling him again.

What an exceptional service Jacob provided. His work ethic and attention to details exceeded our expectations. He is professional and timely. His pricing is fair and worth every penny. I can recommend him enough. Our hone looks amazing.

Fantastic rates and quality of work! I highly recommend Orbit Soft Wash. The owner Jacob reached out to set up a time to come out and give us a quote within hours of me requesting one. Within 48 hours he was here and we had a great itemized quote via email. We were easily able to pick and choose what we wanted to schedule from the itemized quote through the portal and Jacob reached out to schedule the services right after we accepted the quote in the portal. He came out and worked quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with both the concrete power washing and deck soft washing. Everything looks fantastic and we couldn’t recommend Jacob and Orbit Soft Washing more.

Very professional and great work ethics provided by the company. Their crew came all the way to my house in Portland. Will be using them again when the rest of my project is ready. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Boris gets it done. Exceptionally high-quality work an exceptionally Reasonable price. I use him for all of my rental cleaning needs. I am the owner and renter of 34 apartments in The Portland area and Boris is my Carpet Cleaning Man.

Boris is TOPS , if it can be cleaned , he cleans it superbly.👌. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your carpets & great customer service. A well likeable man. You cannot go wrong with this company. I've had a lot of carpets cleaned in my day. He is by far the best. Give em a shot at cleaning yours. Len Butcher

Excellent customer service and came out quickly. Had couches air ducts, and dry vent cleaned. Very happy with it all!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank this company so very much! They fit us in when we had a carpet emergency at our home. They were not only punctual but very efficient and did an outstanding job! Thanks again!

Boris was great at working with our changing schedule, and communicating as things changed. He was very fast, professional, and respectful of the property. We will be using AA again if we need another carpet cleaning.

I would highly recommend AA Carpet Cleaning. They were very professional and efficient. Igor arrived right on time and was polite and very thorough.

We’ve had Boris and his team at AA carpet cleaning wash our carpets a number of times, always great work, timely and friendly. Recently we had him do carpets, a couple pieces of furniture and the hvac ducts. Carpets are great as usual. Couch and armchair look like new! Air ducts were dirty in our 50+ years old house. From what I saw and heard sucked out I’m sure our family will breath easier, especially with allergy season upon us. 10/10 would recommend Boris and his crew!

AA Carpet Cleaning has been doing my carpets on a regular basis for over 5 years. I am always happy with the results, we have 2 big dogs and they get all the pet hair up and the carpets look so fresh when they are done. They are always fast and reliable. I will keep coming back!

Great service! He showed up early and stayed until the job was done right (another 20 minutes). It was a great deal. I won't wait so long before having it cleaned again. The price was right. Although I don't want the carpet dirty again, I do know who I will call to have it cleaned. AA Carpet Cleaning. Mark

The previous renters had dogs and never cleaned their air filters so it was a stinky dusty mess. The carpet cleaner who cleaned our place before us did a horrible job. Boris came and steam cleaned everything thoroughly, leaving the carpet as if it’s new. He was quick to respond to our request, came in a couple of days and did a quick and thorough job. Thank you so much!!!

What an amazing service! I had some dog pee stains that I made exponentially worse trying to clean myself and I thought my carpet was a goner. I called and they were able to come the very next day. Talk about instant gratification! The carpet looks brand new again and it took no time at all! Im amazed and cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much!

Very professional cleaning job! Easy to get appointment ; communication before appointment ; excellent results on two 10 yo cloth club chairs at extremely reasonable price ; cleaned floor and areas around chairs after job.
Will continue to use and recommend this company !!!

Boris has a reliable, professional and quick-to-respond and schedule business. I have been getting my carpets cleaned by him every 6-8 months for the last few years and he never disappoints. The carpets are cleaned and he is very considerate of my home and working in it. Highly recommend!

Boris has cleaned our carpets a few times over the years. Friendly, professional, excellent communication, and a fair rate. Highly recommend!

The team always does a great job and takes care of any concerns I have (spots etc). I have also had my furniture cleaned and those looked like new! Thanks AA!

Boris came out same day and was so friendly and professional. His price was incredibly reasonable and he didn’t try to upsell me like other commercial carpet cleaning companies do. Highly recommend!! He’ll be my go to now for sure.

I had a few concerns with the initial carpet cleaning, and the owner personally followed up to address them. He went above and beyond, redoing the entire space and ensuring every detail was perfect. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this company!
