The service technician (Logan) is personable and does an excellent job while servicing my lawn. I have a fenced in back yard and he makes sure he treats both the inside and the outside area of the fence which isn't always easy. Nice work!

When Kenneth arrived today we talked about some spots that are appearing in my yard. He checked it out and told me it was red thread, which is due to all the excessive rain we have had recently along with high temps. He told me that TruGreen can take care of it.
I was very pleased with work done today and Kenneth couldn't have been nicer.

I've had 2 applications thus far, spanning a few months and have both new and existing weeds. The property is just over .6 acres. The last application (over two weeks ago) did kill in some areas but not others, which leads me to believe that the spray was not applied in some areas. Time will tell but I'm on the fence.
This is a service relationship where you can talk only to an operator, never the driver unless you catch him at your property. They don't supply drivers with phones, but they do have a tablet. The app only gives you accurate updates when the driver is actually on the way to your property but not through the whole route so you don't have an exact ETA, even if you do it is very likely he'll be delayed.
Bottom line, try to be there while the driver visits your property to ensure all areas are covered properly. Then you can assess after the applications are applied. You'll know where to go from there.

Total trash!!! Numerous sales calls all hours of the day. Answered one time and I was belittled by the salesman because the pricing for the service was out of my budget and he continued non stop by saying “you mean to tell me you can’t afford this, you got to be kidding me”. He was very confrontational and wanna be tough guy!! Definitely will look into a local service not this corporate garbage!

I am very pleased with my Trugreen service and technician Kenneth S. He knocked on my front door and asked what concerns I had regarding my lawn. He addressed all concerns and did a wonderful job!

Very professional. TruGreen always sends you email and texts to let you know they are coming and will be at your property. They are respectful of your property. Our lawn looks awesome.

Cody serviced our lawn today. Took the time to explain what he did for the lawn. Asked if we had any questions, which we did and he answered them. Very professional and these are the people ( service) who actually recommend services and draws the attention of near by neighbors to ask about getting their lawn done when the see how nice our lawn looks. 10 stars Cody. Nice chatting with him today.

Not sure about the front of my house had major work done front yard. Not much grass to spray. Back yard looks good.

I would like to have been called before the lawn technician comes out to do another service, so I know exactly where they're treating my lawn. I have never met anyone in person.

Just had my first spray done and Travis was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand the plan over the course of the next few months and what I can do on my end to ensure I get the best possible results. Praying to God I get Travis every time!

Treatment took 15 mins. This is normal compared to every treat prior to this. Happy custermer! Thank you❣️

I never met Ben, but the service was done before I knew it and then I got a text from you that it was complete. The service was done as promised.

I like the fact that the person doing the work knocked on our door to see if we had any questions. I also like the fact that TrueGreen gives me advance notice before performing each service. They also provide flexibility if I need to move a scheduled visit.

The service was fine but I did not know about the service in advance. I have asked to be notified the day before so I can manage the dog and clean the yard.

We have been using TruGreen for YEARS - and we always have problems with them. They are forever mixing up our treatments with the neighbors. We caught several of the lawn care workers just sitting in their vehicles and not doing the work they were intended to do. We had to come out of the house to see what the issue was.

The customer service isn't that bad. They are trying their best and it is not their fault because they are following the policy of the company. They raise the price on you every year thinking you won't notice it, but we always call to get it back to the price it was because there was no prior notice.

We still use TruGreen, but if we could we would like to see more “umph” within the workers.

I’ve always had good service from TruGreen. They have competitive rates and friendly employees. My lawn has gotten progressively better since starting service with TruGreen.

Freddy from True Green was excellent, very knowledgeable for a young man. He was very respectful and courteous. I hope to get him servicing the yard every time
