I have had the Trugreen franchise out of Allison Park for a few years now. But after they aerated my lawn this week they turfed my entire yard down to the dirt. This will definitely be the last time I will let them in my yard. I spend $1000 a year for this?

Noah R. was the first And only representative to diagnose and treat nutsedge in my yard. In all the years that I have had trugreen come to my house, no one has ever told me that this was an issue. Noah was super friendly, super professional, and super knowledgeable. He is also the only representative to take the time to treat my lawn behind my fence line. I have been calling customer service for years to get this to happen. I would love to see him acknowledged for his outstanding customer service.

My lawn was aerated. The quality of the work was exceptional. Pulled big plugs. Great service tech. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a different technician today named Edwin. He did such a great job. He spent more time and covered more areas that other technicians have missed. Highly recommend. Great job Edwin. I have requested you to take care of my lawn from now on.

The technician spot-treated my yard and addressed all of my areas of concern but one. He said he was not permitted to treat the growth around and under our chiminea as per Trugreen policy. I can understand not treating an area of question without the owner's permission, but when it is requested I would have hoped it would have been done.

I resumed using Tru Green after a number of years away and I really appreciate the way my lawn looks! My service today, June 5, 2026, I was greeted at the door by my service representative REGIS who advised what service would be done and he asked if I had any questions! I appreciated the knock over a plastic bag hung on my door! 🤗

Did a fantastic job trimming our tree in our backyard.

Their service is great. We had a 10 year old tree removed. They cut down the tree, removed the stump, and left my yard the same they found it. Affordable and professional.

Had a very positive experience with this team of professionals in July 2023. They were responsive, provided a quote quickly, arrived on agreed upon work date and finished the job within hours. Pricing was very reasonable compared to competitors quotes. I highly recommend this company and would work with them again.

Excellent customer service! He responded to my phone call within 24 hours and removed my tree within 72 hours. His price was very reasonable. He explained everything to me and I learned a lot about the trees on my property. I have no complaints!

I cannot recommend this service enough . . . granted, it was to remove a cat out of a tree, not trim a tree, but the gentleman showed up at 7:30 in the morning 30 minutes after I called and went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my tree work.

After a recent storm, a large branch was broken and hanging from a tree over our property. When I reached out for a quote, Mike was very responsive and punctual to show up for the quote. He was then on time to remove the branch and they left the work area in great condition. I would definitely use Mike and his crew again in the future.

Mike from GoPro tree care is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and when trimming, he explains what needs to be done And why. I’ve also had Go Pro remove a tree and do root grinding. He’s always been quick to return calls, shows up as scheduled and cleans up after his work. Prices are fair and reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!
