The gentleman came out this morning and did a wonderful job on error rating.My lawn, so hopefully this will help loosen up the lawn and take care of some of the issues that I had.This past year, and I will be able to oversee and get a good watering on it.

Tru green does not stand by its services !
My lawn looks aweful and it cost me over $700
And wen I tried to cancel , they treated the lawn any way and wanted me to pay for it

Great service today we had a thatching/aeration ant over seeding done. Very happy with our service.

The service was recommended by a neighbor, it was easy to sign up, they were very professional. They provide communication on when they were coming for service. The lawn care associate was kind & friendly, completed the service efficiently.

Very prompt service, everyone is polite and informative. Pleased TruGreen is helping with our lawn care.

Quickly came to address crabgrass concerns in between my regular scheduled treatments . Great service.

Normally - someone different comes each time, and for what they quoted me on my front yard, it’s double compared to two years ago for my front AND backyard!
They don’t even spray the complete front yard that they quoted me at the beginning! I get very upset, but they don’t care. I found out that they have it marked that way in the computer for the techs! It’s not what was quoted on my original quote.

The service tech came to my front door and I spoke with him. He was very nice. I’m not sure why this is being called a “free service “ when last week the service tech said he came and performed our service but in fact never arrived at my residence. I see this as the service that I paid for.

I recommend TruGreen and their professional crew to maintain a True Green beautiful lawn!

Technician spoke with me before and during application. He was very understanding to my concerns regarding newly seeded areas. Took the time to explain this lime application. I appreciate that TruGreen did exactly what they guaranteed…..and in a timely manner!

I had voiced a concern that the weed growth in my lawn was not under control after my last treatment . My lawn specialist, Travis R, came back out and did another weed control application at no charge. Appreciate the prompt response to my service concern and the professionalism of Travis!

Both guys were great to talk too, and I pointed out a spot of a cable line that popped up and I had to rebury it so they were careful not to hit it with the air stink machine I meant the airation machine

First let me say Trugreen is fantastic for the yard unless you have dogs or small children. Beyond that don't do it. I'm finding someone else next year. For the 2nd year in a row someone showed up to service my yard at 7am. I had no idea. No phone call prior that I'm supposed to get. No sign in yard. How I found out? I took my dog out this morning and about 20 minutes later I see a bunch of what looks like dipping dots all over him and my carpet. Thankfully my 2 year old was still asleep and didn't get into it. What would of happened if I let her out in the yard with us like always? I call and I get a sorry we can take 10 bucks off? I don't want a sorry I wanted to know how in the world this can happen twice? If you don't have pets or young kids? It's a fine company. If it's not the case then I can't reccomend not using then enough.

I’m not too happy with the way my lawn looks, especially with all the rain. Lots of brown areas, weeds and sedge. It actually looked better last year when I didn’t have your service. Todd, your specialist has been very cordial, patient and helpful. He mentioned that today’s treatment should take care of the weeds and sedge and gave me some mowing advice. Kudos to him. We’ll see how it looks in a few weeks

These guys have no idea what they're doing. They half-assedly applied fertilizer (note the streaks), and burnt portions of our lawn. I will never use TruGreen again and discourage everyone from giving them business.

Had our first service with TruGreen today. Our Technician Mac was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked at our yard and explained what applications he would be providing today. We are very happy and satisfied.

Ryan gives us good service and coverage. He pays attention to our borders where we seem to always have weeds pop up. We are satisfied with service, and know that we can call for follow-up if need be.

Please look for a local lawn company who cares about the quality of the work. I paid for a year of service didn't notice much if any improvement. Then they automatically dinged me for $800 for aeration and reseeding. The manager I talked to said that they have do it this early in the year (sept) due to how many customers they have. Then they expect customers to water their entire yard, when we are basically in a drought. I would have been nice to a least talk to someone first before my renewal.
