Mike and his team were absolutely phenomenal. We needed two very tall but completely dead trees removed, plus the stumps removed from a few smaller trees we’d cut down ourselves. Mike and his team were in and out in under 2 hours and left not a trace that they were even here (minus the two missing trees and the removed stumps!). We will be recommending Go Pro Tree Care to all of our friends and family. They were referred to us by my parents who had an absolutely massive tree removed. My parents are not internet savvy but they also give Mike and his crew 5+ stars!

To start off, GO Pro Tree Care is very easy to work and they did just what they said they would do, when they said it would be done. GO Pro Tree Care pricing I believe was very competitive. Thank you Mike for coming out again and timely handling my tree needs.

Mike and his team are more than five stars! We had a pretty big job to do. We had several trees removed, stumps removed and a tree pruned. Mike and his team worked hard for two days and did a great job. One of our trees was a monster and had a huge stump. The whole area where this tree was looks amazing. The team did a great job cleaning up the yard. Mike also gives a fair price and does great job of walking you through the job so you understand everything that is going to be done. I am really impressed with how great my yard looks now!

*Edit*. STILL FIVE STARS. Called GoPro back after the recent storm took out all the trees in the back. They gave me a conservative estimate, and then when they came back to do the job, I mentioned how we hate the invasive bamboo. GoPro took a look at it, said they could probably handle it, AND DID NOT UPCHARGE ME. They could have. I would have paid it gladly. But he only charged me the labor for the bamboo, which was a significant job, that they did well. Below Review still applies as much today as it did a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with their service.**
Go Pro Tree Care was excellent. Staff are courteous, friendly. They did a free estimate on our sick trees, and then came and took them out in a very timely fashion. They left the yard in perfect condition, no mess. They even offered to grind out the stumps. Service was fast, but high quality. Very happy with them. Five Stars. Would highly recommend.

Mike and his crew pruned our large oak tree a few years ago and now have removed a tree from a difficult spot in our front yard. Both times, Mike was very responsive, he came over and gave us an estimate within a couple of days, pricing was reasonable too!

Mike and his Go Pro Tree Care crew did an excellent job at our home. They were able to remove storm damaged trees that were suspended over a walking path and some dead tree limbs from a very tall tree. He has all the equipment and experience to handle any job. The prices are reasonable and they left our property in great condition. You will not go wrong with Go Pro Tree Care.

Mike did a job last year and was delayed for a month due to equipment failure and set me back on my landscaper's schedule. The work was decent, I had higher and lower bids but used him on the recommendation of a neighbor. Fast forward a year, and I called him 2 hours after the big storm hit in April, knowing it was going to be busy, for multiple trees down and blocking my elderly mom's driveway in Butler. He was willing to go there a year ago for work, but it fell through due to my Dad's passing. After multiple promises, texts with photos, and calls, he did not show for weeks. He came up for less than an hour to token trim some branches for driveway access and promised my mom he'd contact me. He never did and was at 2 of my neighbors doing work and other jobs nearby the whole time, including now as i write this. Mind you, I called him 2 hours AFTER the storm. I finally got in touch with him, and he told me, "He didn't need the work," and he "has plenty of work closer." This is 3 weeks after initial contact. Some people may consider this a serious integrity and ethics concern. You decide.

5/5 stars! Quickly and cleanly removed my massive Oak tree which was damaged from a recent storm. Even managed to rescue and save a honeybee nest residing in the tree. Highly recommend them!

I had contacted Jack's Tree Service regarding removal of a tree/roots/stump from my yard. A tree had fallen in an abutting abandoned property causing the root system to come in my anointing yard. He answered as soon as I called and discussed the problem. He also look d at pictures to figure out how to safely deal with my problem and not cause damage to my other neighbors. Very pleased with his help and expertise.

Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and professional. We are happy with the quality of their work and will be using them for future projects.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Estimate to completion of project (one dead maple and 25 very tall arborvitae with stump grinding) less than a week. Extremely well organized, no wasted effort, cleaned up everything, all at a very reasonable cost. Along with being very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, they have all the right and well maintained equipment to do a job. Will use again when my remaining trees need to be trimmed.
