Jack's did a terrific job removing a massive oak tree hanging over our bedroom. They were able to get the work done months earlier than other bids. We just moved into a new house and we are relieved to be able to get the work done sooner rather than later. The team was quick, respectful, and I would highly recommend them!

Very reliable, friendly and fair price. These guys did great work and Jack is a pleasure to work with. His team did wonderful job in removing all dead trees in backyard which were leaning towards the house. All tree debris were nicely cleaned up. Would absolutely use them again whenever needed and recommend them others.

Great overall experience! When Jack arrived at the property for an estimate he was very professional right from the start. He was able to identify numerous problems with our trees and how to properly address them. He has state of the art equipment that many other companies we compared did not have. His spider lift was great for our project due to the lack of access from larger equipment. He was able to get his lift through our very narrow gate entrance where many bucket trucks could not go to safely remove our trees. I would strongly recommend Jacks Tree Service for any project!

Had an emergency where I needed a small maple tree removed immediately to gain access to my water main shut off. Jack came out within a few hours and had it taken care of quickly. Very kind and professional crew. Would recommend.

Just used Jack's Tree service to take down and remove debris of 3 trees at my home. It was a great experience all around from the great professional communication, the fair pricing, the care taken while on the property, and the excellent cleanup leaving it virtually as if they weren't even there it would make me want to use them again. Engaged with Jack to help with some storm damage in my yard. Trees had fallen on my gazebo and fence, and there were huge branches everywhere. Jack came in a bit below most estimates and was able to come out within a few days. The team did an amazing job with the cleanup, removing large trees and several tons of smaller branches that were mulched. They went out of their way to ensure the yard was as clean as it could be and were fantastic to work with throughout.

Very happy I found Jack's Tree Service...I had a difficult job in a difficult spot. Jack and his crew did an excellent job with 3 big trees in a spot a lot of companies wouldn't be able to reach. They were professional, super efficient, and gave a price I was comfortable with. They showed up on time with state of the art equipment. If you have trees in a tough spot, don't hesitate to call Jack.

Jack and crew removed a concrete driveway for us yesterday. They were friendly, he was quick to schedule, performed the work on time and they cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again.

Very pleased with Jack and his crew. They safely brought down a huge maple, probably 50-60 feet in height, between ours and our neighbor's house. A bit of a rough cleanup with a soft soggy ground left the yards a little chewed up in places, but they protected all they could with their mats. Nothing held against them for sure. A strong young crew that did a great job getting that tree down with no injuries to anyone or anything. Price was reasonable also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. Jack is also extremely responsive by text. If he can't get to you during the day, he surely will in the evening. Great to work with people that actually respond. They were respectful and kind and we appreciate their hard work very much!

Great guy, great crew. The first person that I could actually get through to after a large tree smashed through my metal awning. He came to the house fairly quickly and made a proper assessment of what his crew could do to remove the huge tree branches covering a good portion of property. They spent a good portion of the day removing and chipping up trees and even helped destroy a hornets nest that was found in the process. Thanks again Jack and crew. I was praying for help and God sent you!

They came and took down a dead pine tree on our front yard. They were incredible! Efficient, polite, and extremely reasonably priced! Will definitely be calling them again for the trees in our backyard!

I had 3, very large diameter, 80 to 100 foot tall pines taken down right next to my house. They were easy to work with, very efficient and trustworthy. After getting my estimate, we scheduled the job quickly and at my convenience. They did the entire job for a competitive price and did the everything they said they would. When they left, my yard was nice and clean and I was extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend working with these guys!

Outstanding work!! Jack and his crew were among the hardest workers we have ever seen. Their attention to detail in grooming our trees and bushes was excellent. Clean-up afterwards was, frankly, startling in that it was so complete. He and his crew were very responsive to the smallest detail and very respectful of our property. Communications by way of texts were thorough and almost immediate. We would rate their work ten stars!

We had a few dead trees right next to our neighbors house which were bending in the wind. Jack came out the same day that we reached out and provided a quote within 5 days. His team came out within a few days of sending the quote. Jack communicated with the day he was coming and let me know when he was on his way. His team did a great job of cleaning up and even asked if the way they trimmed the trees were to my liking. They were polite and definitely skilled! The quote was reasonable for demolishing several trees and trimming one! I'd recommend him to a friend

Jack and his crew were thorough and extremely detail-oriented. They did a fantastic job cutting maples back that were overhanging our house and wires, removing four dead spruce, and cleaning up a storm-damaged oak. Plus they cleaned out a lot of brush under the trees--the whole property looks better! No surprises, the quote he gave was exactly what he charged. He explained what he would do when he came out to quote the job, and that's exactly what they did... but better than I expected. I feel like we got more than we paid for! Dealing with Jack was a pleasure--prompt responses, great communication. The whole crew was obviously skilled and friendly. 100% recommended, and I'll definitely go to Jack's again for future tree work around our house.

Years... I am very satisfied ... they come on a monthly basis(weather permitting) and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely would recommend them.

I hired Exceptional House Cleaning to do a deep clean of a house I just purchased, prior to moving in. I had an in-home estimate, with the cleaners coming out a few days later. Unfortunately, while the cleaners were very friendly, they did not do a great job with the deep clean. Multiple areas were missed entirely, such as on top of the fridge, and many corners of the floor, especially in closets, had small piles of debris, including a few dead bugs. They also hadn't dusted the ceiling fan blades, removed all the build up from the back of the kitchen backboard, or cleaned the soap build up (and multiple hairs) from the primary bedroom's shower.

To their credit, when I contacted the company afterwards, they worked with me to understand what still needed to be cleaned and sent people back the next week to clean the parts they had missed.

From the other reviews here, I assume they're great if you're just doing regular maintenance cleaning. But the cleaners I had didn't seem to know what to do for a deep clean in a house with no furniture.

Friendly, nice people but did a less than thorough job cleaning & provided poor customer service afterwards. I would not recommend this company, nor would I have them come and clean my house again (don't trust their 'satisfaction guaranteed either). Disappointed with the $ I spent for the one cleaning.
