Problem with my furnace heater was diagnosed in 15 minutes. Serge was very knowledgeable. They ordered the part and came back the next day and fixed it, heater works great now! First time using them, recommended by a friend, and they will be my go-to now for anything HVAC!

I can’t say enough about the stellar service that Serge provided today! I had 3 different HVAC repair techs come over who could not figure out the problem with my gas furnace. My AC stopped working on Saturday 6/23/25 and trying to find someone reputable to come out with the onset of a heat wave I thought would be impossible. I had to replace a Rooftop unit. I ordered the unit and Alex and the Terra Group took it from there. The work was extremely neat and they left the roof cleaner than they found it. He also tuned up other AC units on the roof.
