The services from both Jack and Jessica was excellent The closing was very smooth They are always accessible even after the closing We highly recommend Jessica ,Jack and the team Sadiq and Khudsia
Attractive community, but out of the way. Has a number of on-site retail vendors, including a good restaurant.
Like any new build, there are some bumps along the way, but Peter in Hastings has managed everything like an absolute rock star. Not only is he quick to help, but he is quick to respond, always available and most importantly honest and open.
My wife and I love our home…inside…with the blinds closed…at night. Over the last year and a half though, it’s been a challenge to enjoy the “Great American Neighborhood” in its entirety. Unbeknownst to us when signing for our home, the view out of our back window would be the “dump” zone for all things construction related for the unforeseen future. As I type this, I hear the beautiful sounds of construction workers swearing and cement trucks flying up and down the construction entrance, churning cement while my wife and I try to work from home and our son tries to nap. I get to enjoy these sounds from 5:30 in the morning, late into the evening. I spend many hours each month cleaning the outside of our home because they still, 3 years later, refuse to water the construction entrance as they are required to. They’ve cut corners, they’re making their profits, so why should anything else matter? The worst part is that this has come to a “Karen-esk” review post because I can’t get in contact with anyone to privately convey my concerns. If you’re a sparknotes kind of person, here’s the idea…the house on the inside is fair but lies were told, things were not properly disclosed and customer support is nonexistent.
