I have been using The Cleaning Authority for 8 years and I am very satisfied with the cleaners. It is such a pleasure to come home from work every week to a sparkling home. It has freed up my weekends to spend time with my children instead of worrying about the house.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for a few years. Amber is my lead cleaner— she is excellent! Very thorough! The company is very efficient, very good communication.

Amanda and Missy did an amazing job with our bi-weekly clean! They are on-time, professional, friendly, and leave our home feeling fresh and clean. Definitely will continue using :).

There’s nothing like a clean house! This is our third cleaning and we are very happy with the TCA team. We had to wait eight weeks to get on their busy schedule, but it was worth the wait.

Amber and Hope do a wonderful job!! I appreciate their attention to detail after I pointed out what needed to be done with the area of rotation. While I don't expect a spotless whole house, I expect the rotation areas to be as spotless.

I am working nights right now. Gave them a window in which I would be available. They showed up in that time frame and got to work. The place was dusty and they managed to get it clean. Christal and Liz did a fabulous job on my small apartment. Even asked me to look after they were done. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did

Alec and Brandi were here again today. I was not home but I could tell the minute I walked in the door that they were here. They are a great team! My very old bathroom sparkled.

On second visit broke one of a set a heavy candlesticks on a glass coffee table. Not repairable or replaceable. Disappointed.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Cleaning my house is quite a task. These people have never failed me. They are always on time, do an incredible job and I just can’t imagine life without them. If you are even remotely thinking about hiring a cleaning person, do yourself a favor, call their office and just ask for an estimate. You can thank me later!

Cleaning Authority cleans my house bi-weekly. Each time, they come with a team of cleaners and do a very thorough job, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Our initial experience was poor. Please keep reading. They showed up to do initial deep cleanings and we were disappointed. We’ve used services for many years now. (10+). We do know what should and should not occur both in time and cleaning. We told them so and to their credit they came back within a day and pretty much made it right. The next few cleanings were normal cleanings despite them letting us know there would be a singular room deep cleaning each time.
Some crews were good, some average. Another. problem is we were told they would try and keep the same crew. That did not occur. Idle we could have the last crew forever, that would be wonderful.
Overall good cleaners just beware the initial selling of the service is not exactly wha you are getting.

I run ABC Home — a Family Child Day Care Home in Bethel Park and needed a reliable, professional cleaning service that would deep clean and sanitize using infant-friendly products. After trying several companies and being extremely disappointed, I’m very happy with how these cleaners have worked out! I love the app, they’re fast and efficient. They don’t clean clutter, but I never have to re-clean after they leave.

Staff came exactly on time and went to work, did not rush things at all. All were kind and polite and did a great job! Pleased.

Terry remains a gem, and now with the addition of McKenzie...the result just sparkles ✨ even brighter than before. She has measurably upped how clean our house is post their visiting. Never better.

Terry, always a gem, and Lilly came and at first look did a first rate job.

Terry flew solo today, a 💎 gem of a representative and result any way you look at it!

Terry and Deb are our 'go to team' for the cleanings that we have from the Cleaning Authority. We recommend them highly, at the least 5 Stars! This week was no different! BTW, they have been adhering to COVID-19 guidance, which is crucial to us.

12/5/2020: They are outstanding, comprehensive and provide the occasional advice. For example, Terry shared that the shower shell needs to be replaced soon. He's been a hard working thoughtful influence here over these several years.

If you are looking for a great regular cleaning to your house, apartment or otherwise, and the peace of mind that comes with it, then look no more. To keep things short and sweet, they are a cleaning company that knows how to clean, and do it well with good attention to details.
I have used other services in the past, those who shall be nameless, let's just say it is a day and night difference.

Cleaning staff coming to my house are not mopping the tile flooring as they are supposed to do with each scheduled clean. After today’s cleaning I took 3 damp paper towels - see the results for yourself. We are not calling the office to complain a 3rd time that the floors are not cleaned properly. We will be seeking a refund for the past 2 scheduled cleanings, because we were out of town for the past two weeks and cleaners did not correct the problem. And this business will not be allowed in our house again.

Terry and Deb have been cleaning our house for years and they do a great job. And they work around us when we are not perfectly prepared for them. It is awesome to have them helping us keep up with the housework when both of us are working outside the home.

We scheduled the C.A. for bi-weekly cleaning. The first week went pretty well. The team did a thorough job. The second appointment, awful, nothing was done in most areas and it certainly wasn't a detailed cleaning, not even in the so called "detailed area." I am not even sure if they mopped the kitchen floor. The total time in our home was 90 minutes. The total cost was $206.

Karen and Paula, the 2 women who are our regular cleaners, are always on time, professional in their work, and kind to us. I rely on them to always be at their best. I feel very comfortable having them in our home. This service is a wonderful gift to myself. I highly recommend it.

Jen and Leah were amazing! So sweet, very personable and did a fabulous job cleaning! Even folded the toilet paper into a neat little arrow at the end!! Can’t recommend enough!

The team came in and did an incredible job. I am disabled and have a medical service dog and she is a long haired German Shephard so there was dog hair everywhere. Looking around the apartment this morning the fur there is almost none. It smells fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
