I am always so happy to have everything clean at the same time. Today, I want to add that my kitchen counter is so orderly and clean and I am so happy about it! Plus my baseboards look 5 star amazing too. I was going upstairs and I couldn't help but notice how nice they looked.

I have Christal and her team come once a week to help me keep my house clean. Even with all of the pets, they never complain about the dog/cat hair and are so wonderful with the animals! I trust them completely when I’m not there and couldn’t express more how wonderful they are. 5 million stars! Thank you!!

This was our third visit from the TCA team - they consistently have come on time and worked diligently each time - they get along with our dogs really well and are just generally very pleasant. We have been very happy with TCA and our team in particular.

TCA did an initial deep clean at my 89 year old mother’s home yesterday. She informed me they did an excellent job and the technicians were very friendly. She felt comfortable around them. Her house hasn’t been this clean in years😁

Had our first clean done by the cleaning authority and was not impressed. With the initial clean supposedly a deep clean in certain areas, this was not the case for us. Only two hours were spent cleaning between the two cleaners for a large home. It was apparent that areas were missed in the clean. Spots on bathroom counters still dirty, kitchen floor dirty. We left our review after the cleaning and then received a phone call where there was never an apology or attempt to try and fix anything or keep us as customers.
Editing to add: I’m disappointed to see words twisted about my husbands phone call, as I was sitting directly next to him and the phone was on speaker. Not once did he ever say he expected them to be there 5-6 hours. He said in the past other cleaners have needed 4 hours to clean our home. Also the cleaners were only there 2 hours and 48 minutes because the inspector had to come look after they cleaned for 2 hours. The cleaners stated they “hated their job” because they had to wait for said inspector to arrive which took 45 minutes. He did not decline for someone to come fix the clean. It was never offered and never did he say he found a cheaper cleaning company. He simply stated that we would be finding another company. He also did not rush the cleaners out of the house. When they arrived he asked if they wanted to start downstairs because he was going to lay my youngest child down for a nap. They said no that it “would only take 40 minutes” to clean upstairs. So glad we cancelled this company especially seeing that their quality is not only poor but they lie. I hope this posts saves even one person from inquiring from this company.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority- Pittsburgh South (Bridgeville) for regular house cleaning services and have been pleasantly surprised by my experience, which has been consistently positive.
The cleaning team always arrives on schedule and take care with my possessions, especially some of the more delicate items. The quality of cleaning has been thorough and consistent. They follow a rotating system of house cleaning services that includes deep cleaning of different areas each visit. My floors are always spotless and the countertops gleam.
When I've had special requests or feedback, their office staff has been responsive and accommodating. They seem genuinely interested in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards.
The team's attention to detail, punctuality, and respect for my home and belongings have made them stand out among cleaning services I've tried in the past.

Had my house cleaned today for the first time, the girls did an excellent job. They took their time and were very careful with all of my items. Looking forward to having them back in two weeks!

I don’t even know where to begin! Somehow this team worked so well around five dogs and me working from home! I have a fur baby that is inherently fearful of males and she made a liar out of me today! If you want a clean home AND happy pups, this is the team!

I was satisfied with the overall quality and service. The crew did a thorough job of cleaning my house and leaving it in great shape. The coupon special was an added bonus and gave additional value to my using this service. Even without the coupon it was money well spent. Today's experience (11/5/25) went well. The young ladies did a bang up job and the house looks good. I'm more than satisfied with their work.

Securing a trusted, regular house cleaner in Pittsburgh has proven to be VERY DIFFICULT! Fortunately, after having three other cleaning companies flake and/or no-show, I found The Cleaning Authority. They have a large crew that services our area and all of the employees are professional, friendly and efficient. We have a very large home with primarily hard surface floors, so that alone is too much for us to keep up with. It was especially appreciated that their crew were willing to follow some specific instructions about certain furniture pieces that require a particular cleaner/polish and they were willing to use. They also were okay to use my own hardwood floor cleaner, which I prefer the scent of. All in all a great experience and I hope I get Darian, Paige and Brandi again for future cleans!
