I use them at my office and feel they do a good job. They have always been on time and thorough. Management checks up to be sure the customer is happy as well which is a nice touch.

Too persistent. When I said I would be in touch, I felt that was clear. However, the Anago representative has turned up repeatedly in person over the past few weeks despite my making it clear that the CEO has not made a decision regarding our cleaning services and that I have no further information for him. Bid was fair and well-organized, but customer service needs addressed. Unannounced visits are distracting and particularly unwelcome the third time around.

This is the floor they did for us on the left and the same floor done by someone else on the right. You tell me. Their quality of work, at least in the area of floor cleaning, is very poor as is their customer service. The salesman, Rick, was great, the work quality wasn't his fault.

I've used Anago's services in the past with my former employer and was always pleased with how they handled special requests and their monthly follow up on the cleaning service. Recently, my new employer was in a time crunch to have our office deep cleaned and the floors waxed for a client's visit and all it took was one call. The office and floors looked amazing and they exceeded our expectations given the short notice and the amount of cleaning they had to do to make everything look fresh and new. My employer was very impressed and we've signed them on to clean for us on a regular basis. Thanks Anago!!

We used Anago for years to service our growing business and they were very reliable and always willing to work with us on special services when required. And these are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. I especially impressed by Kenny - attentive, friendly, and organized. Good service!

I have issues with my local Anago franchise just taking care of the basic cleaning. The cleaning is sub par, and the franchise in Pittsburgh PA is very non-responsive, except when cashing our check, they are very responsive with that part. Getting much more than a trash and dash seems to be an effort. I manage 3 office buildings and i would recommend this franchise to absolutely nobody. They are very quick to quote contracts when it comes to paying but have little to say when it comes to scope of work.
