Competent same-day service with a smile while replacing my broken garbage disposal. Even found a small issue from a manufacturer dishwasher install and fixed for free. Will use again.

I purchased a part from this company with the promise of a guarantee. The part never worked properly from the start, and when it failed, they claimed it was an act of God . I learnt after that the distributor wouldn't honor the guarantee. We are disappointed by the process and misunderstanding.

While our organization has used Penn Wynne Plumbing for decades, I have worked with a lot of other plumbers in various roles, and I cannot recommend Penn Wynne highly enough. They are everything you'd want a plumbing service to be--expert diagnosticians, prompt, honest, skilled, and personable. We are delighted to be working with the second generation as well, but we still hope Mark never retires!

I called Mark with a non-emergency issue of a rotted out cast iron sewage pipe. He had Mark and Kiyean check it out the following day. They provided a fair quote while here and we found our agreement. They had a cancellation and were able to do the work the next day. It was fantastic work, professionally done for a fair price. They left the site swept and clean and they'll be my first call next time I need work. I've very satisfied by their work with us.

Dan and Key came out promptly and ahead of schedule after responding to my call. They installed a couple of things in two bathrooms of mine. Not only was the work quick and reasonably priced, but they were a pleasure to deal with throughout! Will definitely be using them for whatever it is I may need next.

Evan and the Penn Wynne Plumbing team built a basement bathroom for us from scratch, and it looks fantastic.

The project was no easy feat, but as you can see from the pictures, the end result is truly impressive. For context, our house is over 100 years old, which meant they had to replace cast iron and lead pipes, in addition to adding new plumbing for the shower. They also framed and hung drywall in a very tight space, working around low-hanging pipes and other obstacles. Evan handled the entire permitting process and met the inspectors. We felt comfortable with him and his crew in our house, all of whom were very respectful of our space.

If you've ever built a bathroom or renovated extensively, you know how rare it is to find a team who does things right the first time (and at a fair price). If you want that and live in the Philly metro area, call Evan.

This company came highly recommended to us. Evan, Dan, and Dylan did a phenomenal job replacing our sewer pipe and reconfiguring our dryer vent. We're so happy with the work they provided. Evan came out within hours of calling and made sure our issue was resolved quickly. Dan and Dylan did an exceptional job removing drywall and cabinets to access our sewer pipe. They exceeded our expectations with their skill level. They kept a tidy work area and cleaned up afterward. We're grateful for their work and would definitely use them again.

Performed was an annual AC system inspection. Being less than a year old no problems were noted. I asked how to program the thermostat for day and night and Racheal assisted with that. She provided estimates for new options. She was on time, knowledgable, and friendly. Will use HLBowman for service again.

Chris was very professional & seems to have fixed the problem with our fridge. He kept me informed on what he needed to do to fix the issue & explained all the details. He insured me that if we have any additional issues to contact you right away & you will be back to address it.

Mike Huffman was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was transparent, friendly, quick and clearly knew what he was doing. I found myself trying to think of other work I needed done before he even finished the first job. Highly recommend!

This is for the "free" appointment we had scheduled today. We were told 8AM-12PM and there was no call or show.... I completely understand that things happen and it takes longer than expected but you must let people know! I had to call in at 12 to see what happened. Then no call or show 2 hours later at 2 pm. There goes 6 hours waiting for the plumber.

Meanwhile, I see another plumber next door and have them come into my home for free and give me a quote. I called again to Bowman and asked a lady if they were coming and received the same answer (it's now 2 PM) and they had no idea when they would show up. The quote is not free unless you go with them and who knows when they will show up! I wasted a whole day waiting and now I have to wait another day because I don't think you should have my business. No apology from the second lady, she just got annoyed when I asked questions to see why they mentioned the quote was free. I'm allowed to ask questions.... From your other comments, I see some people had the same problem. It looks like there just needs to be some communication. I assume you do not need the business if you do not call. If you are too busy you can tell people you cannot do it and save them some time.

Today I was serenaded with a piano solo of Moonlight Sonata. Not only did my electric dryer get fixed expertly and efficiently, I had the pleasure of a piano solo. Bryan saw by my piano and serenaded my whole house with music! I will definitely be calling Bowman again. Courteous and respectful. 5 stars.
