Paul came to rescue us on the first hot summer day when my geothermal air conditioning system broke down. It’s his first time coming to our house. He had to walk up and down numerous times between 3 floors to identified the issues and provided solution to us. I also really appreciate that he drove an hour to us even though he had a doctor’s appointment earlier. Counting my blessings to have him providing services to us.

Ignacio Ruiz was extremely friendly and helpful! I appreciated that Ignacio called and provided an ETA when he was on his way and then I received another call from him upon his arrival. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with both my dryer and upper oven and how H L Bowman would break out the pricing for the servicing of each separately and combined plus H L Bowman's MVP package. Ignacio also provided an estimate on the turnaround time for obtaining the necessary parts. When Ignacia returned with the parts, he quickly got to work and tested each of the appliances and ensured that I was happy with the results. A job well done!

Chris was great. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a solution. He did not attempt to fix anything that didn't really need to be fixed.

His work was clean and he cleaned up the mess inside the dryer area.

Would recommend for any future work.

Rachel did a fantastic job identifying the problem correctly, and providing what our options were to fix. We were lucky that it was just our thermostat, and not a problem with the indoor or outdoor units. Thank you for the job well done!

Kudos to Chris Colasuonno. He didn't just come and fix the problem. (We had no functional lights inside the refrigerator.) He set us up to order the part and install it ourselves. It was a teaching and learning experience. In this case, that was the most appropriate response. We will certainly call on him and Bowman again.

They did a great job of installation of geothermal replacement. Unfortunately, the unit had a problem from the factory. They are getting express parts to get it working. Keep me informed and very professional. Would recommend them.

Bob Seeger, who used to be with my HVAC provider, was called by me for a problem, although I didn't know he had changed jobs. He spent 40 minutes of his own time tonight trying to diagnose the problem, and offered to contact his old employer to help describe the problem. This is so far above and beyond customer care that I am almost speechless. I will happily recommend his new company-- Bowman --because they have an employee like Bob, who helped me just out of kindness.

Chris Colasuonno was wonderful! He was very professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time checking out every part of my dishwasher to find the problem. He was on time and left the kitchen spotless. I was very pleased and will continue to use this company for future problems.

Very impressed with this company. Rachel, the technician who first inspected my hvac, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Nathan, who came to speak to me about replacement options was relatable and didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. Andy and Estefano removed the old unit and installed the new unit in about 6 hours and left my home in pristine condition. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Was able to set up an appointment quickly. Installers arrived on time, worked continuously until heating and cooling system was installed and working.

They canceled my appointment the day before and it was scheduled over a month out I called and an artificial intelligence person answers the phone cant get the correct spelling of my name when I asked for a real person it transferred me and Noone answered the phone so it shifted me to a machine and asked to leave a message or wait for the next available representative in which Noone answered and then kept looping me back and forth to the machine and same message still Noone answered 🤣
Also last year they put in a new computer system and weren't taking out my monthly contract fee and then all at once deducted a large amount from my bank account all at once without any notification which after seeing it I canceled my yearly contract they told me nothing just went into my bank account and took what they want. Its all wrong.

I was charged $687 for a service repair on my oven which I was told we would pay $200 down and the rest when the job was completed. I waited a month for 2 screws and an igniter, and it was only after I called was the tech dispatched to complete the repair. He did not replace the screws and the gas burner still comes apart. On top of that, they charged another $70 dispatch fee. See photos.

Outstanding experience with Glen. We recently had to replace our heating and air unit. When Glen came out to our home and he was friendly, professional, explained everything in a way we could understand, and really knew what he was doing. The install was smooth, tidy, and surprisingly quicker than I thought! Our new system is working great, and we couldn’t be happier. Had part. Wouldn't sell to me because they don't sell to the "public". Don't waste your time if you aren't a contractor.
