I am extremely pleased with the expertise of Brandon and Jaylen and the work they did. They identified the problem with my A/C unit and fixed the situation immediately. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me completely. In addition, they are friendly, courteous and professional men. It is a pleasure to know them. I am very happy they came here to help resolve my A/C problem.

Your service representative was very informative clean did a great job talk to us about the equipment and what we should be doing in between service appointments. He told us about your yearly maintenance plan which was very appealing to us and so we were thankful to have him come out and take care of our needs.

Awesome experience i called late on a Friday evening and they had someone out early Saturday morning. The tech which had the same name as me Brandon. Was awesome very helpful professional and knowledgeable fix my problem right away. He also gave me suggestions for the near future. I will continue to use 4 quarters for my preventive maintenance and any other issues. I would highly recommend them to anybody that's in need of Hvac maintenance.

Scheduled a service and they were able to come out next day. Was able to text with them to confirm date and time is good. And day of, They called to say when they were going to approximately be there. The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my unit is 20 years old and will need to be replaced. But still only had to pay a low dispatch fee instead of the cost of them trying to fix/clean the unit. Definitely recommend!

They don’t do stuff by the books, they don’t have a master plumber yet take on big plumbing jobs. OSHA should check them out that’s just my opinion.

I inherited an old system that has been very temperamental the past few years. During the recent heatwave, the blower in my system wasn't working. I left a voicemail and entered a request for service online Saturday, June 6. Jim called me back about a half hour later to ask how he could help. He was on his way to the shore and upon hearing that my system was old, said that he wouldn't be able to get the necessary parts until Monday, but he was willing to talk me through trying something for the time being. He asked me to take pictures of the system, then talked me through unplugging a wire that would allow the blower to run continuously until they could come service it during the week. I could not be more appreciative of the extra time and effort Jim put forth to offer assistance and save me from unnecessary service charges.

Jim and Terry were extremely professional and helped get our soil pipe replaced after the iron cracked. The work was done quickly and cleanly and the coordination was very easy. Would definitely use their services in the future.

Had new gas heater and hot water heater installed in March. Very pleased with Phoenix services. Fair price, kept to schedule and left clean work site.

Jim and Terry were so responsive when our AC units both failed within a few weeks of each other. They offered options for replacement and were very affordable and so knowledgeable. Having them in the home felt like having friends over and we were completely comfortable having them work when we weren't home. They were even careful not to let the dogs out. I can't recommend them highly enough and it was such a relief to find a company that we can trust.

Terry, Jim and Joe are such fabulous people. They are god sent. I have been using their service for past 6 years and they have been always very fair, reasonably priced and superb workmanship. They are like second family to me. Terry has always been so helpful to accommodate me in emergency situations. Way to go. They installed a condenser for me in 2022 and its still running great. Worst time of the year when it was very very hot. So I was very happy with the next day service! Highly recommend their team!
