It was a little bumpy not being able to get a part today, to keep us home, preventing the pipes from freezing, but the office came-up huge with a suitable part and Tim got to us before 4pm to get us up-and-running. Thanks to Josh, Dee, Amber and Tim, we got out of a nite in the hotel! Great work by the Walsh Team and all who made the impossible happen!

During the great freeze of January 2026 our pipes froze for the first time in 30 years (since we bought our home). It was Super Bowl Sunday and Quinn came out to isolate the issue and turn off water at the source of the issue. He then returned the next week to replace two very old and crusty valves that were the culprits. Ta da! Great work. Extremely responsive. And a fair price. Previous work included re-installing a wall hung toilet, also completed witih excellence!

The team at Walsh Brothers has been servicing our HVAC and plumbing needs for the past 10 years. They are trusted professionals who provide superior work and value their customers! Most recently my wife and I had a new washer delivered and the delivery team would not connect the washer due to corroded pipes. We called Walsh Brothers expecting to make an an appointment a few days out. They came out that afternoon and not only replaced the corroded pipes, but installed the new washer for us as a courtesy. Honesty, integrity, quality work, and superior customer service is what we have come to know from Walsh Brothers!

We’ve had to use Walsh Brothers many times in the last few years our house is old and many plumbing issues have arisen. Walsh Brothers come in a timely fashion, the analyze the problem and give you a plan. They’ve always given us excellent service and their technicians and the people that work in their office are all extremely proficient at their jobs. It’s a well run company. Their people are top notch. We are thankful we have a great plumbing and heating company

We have worked with Walsh Brothers 4 times now. 3 of those times we had gotten a quote from another company before calling Walsh Brothers and every time Walsh Brothers beat the competition price by at least 50%. At this point with our 1950s house, Walsh Brothers has saved us thousands. They are quick, responsive, polite, clean, and affordable. We wont' be contacting anyone else but Walsh Brothers for plumbing again.

Quick turnaround. Removed old HVAC and installed new 2 Stage Ultra High Efficiency system. Took just 1 full day of work.

KMS Services has exceptional customer services, and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone in the tri-state area! My AC unit was having issues and was not cooling down my house during our mini heat wave last week. I called Paul and left a voice message, he quickly returned my call and had someone at my house within the next few hours. He and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable!

Karalis has been wonderful! They are an honest family owned company who recommend what you need and not what costs the most! We started using them when we had them install our HVAC system. That’s a large purchase and Karalis helped us every step of the way! Since then they service our system each year. Most recently we had them install an ecobee thermostat for us, which we love! I cannot say enough good things about Karalis. We have used many other competitors and no one compares to Karalis. They are the best in the biz. We highly recommend them.

Karalis Mechanical was able to get my specs, and schedule my replacement in a very timely manner just in time for the upcoming heating system. The installers were great. Very professional, clean and unobtrusive. They insisted on putting down tarps and when they left you could not even tell they were here except for the beautiful installation they left behind. In early February of 2023, our oil furnace was failing after 16 years of outstanding service. We wanted to convert to gas and decided to upgrade the whole system. We would also need to have the oil tank removed and a new gas line for new furnace. We called several contractors for cost estimates. Last call went to Karalis Mechanical Services LLC in Broomall. Paul Karalis came over to my house and discussed options that would fit my budget and make my home extremely comfortable. On March 14th, Paul and his crew installed the new gas heating furnace, A/C unit, thermostat, gas line and removed the oil tank all in one day. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They cleaned up my basement after installation and explained all the new equipment system operational conditions. My wife and I were very pleased at what Paul Karalis and his crew did for us!

I had a brand new HVAC system as well as a whole house generator installed back in Dec. 2019. It has turned out to be the best investment I ever made! I never need to worry about power outage anymore. The HVAC delivers a remarkable improvement of indoor air quality during both the heating and cooling seasons.

Our furnace stopped working suddenly and it is not that old. After calling, it was fixed within 3 hours. From the beginning until the end, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. They were on time from the estimated timeframe. Paul was kind and explained the issue in terms I would understand since I am not in the HVAC business. The cost was also affordable and reasonable. We plan to continue to use Karalis in the future.

I have an older ac unit and thought the worst when we had a problem. I called them this morning and they were here by the afternoon. I was expecting to hear the same story I've heard before. Old unit, freon no longer available, going to need a whole new system. Not Paul, he looked over the system, topped the refrigerant, and even changed the filter for good measure. I couldn't have been happier with the service or more relieved he didn't try to talk me into something I didn't need yet. I asked about full replacement and he gave me a rough number and future outlook but didn't pressure me at all. I intend on using them for all my future mechanical needs.
