We were experiencing heating issues on one floor of our house, we have multi-zone heat and AC. The guys from Karalis Mechanical came out and diagnosed the problem. They wrote up a proposal and we did get quotes from two other contractors and Karalis had the most competitive proposal. The installers were friendly, neat, and efficient. The entire house is comfortable and maintains perfect temperatures. The owner is very friendly and always followed up on any work performed via call or text. The over all experience was positive and we strongly recommend Karalis.

Started using Karalis about 2 years ago for both of my restaurants for refrigeration and HVAC. Paul and his team do a great job of preventing issues through regular maintenance. If there is an issue they are quick to respond, fix the issue and explain it in a way that makes sense . Couldn’t be happier with Karlalis !!

Paul and his staff are amazing. After many calls to various companies, I called searching for my best option for split units or a new heating/AC system all together . Paul came over to take a look the same day. Thoroughly explained everything to me. He is a good, honest, hard working man and that is very hard to come by these days. I wanted to convert our heat from oil to gas. Most firms I contacted sent commission-based salespersons who stated we needed to replace the existing (newer) boiler. Paul Karalis advised the only part needed was a convertor, and took time to explain the job in detail. They performed the work on time, and even arranged for the removal of the old oil tank. Highly recommend!!

I have always received expert advice from licensed & certified technicians. They never try to sell you more than you need. They also stock a good percentage of parts for on the spot repairs. Same day service is available when needed. Technicians are pleasant, polite, & knowledgeable. When you call the office, you get a real person to talk to, not a robot. Karalis installed a mini-split system at our home in December. Install took 1 1/2 days and was done exactly as proposed. Great team, competitive price and professional work. Very happy with the result and additional heat provided during the cold snap. Would definitely use again.
