Paul Karalis came out and quickly quoted a changeout of a furnace and AC condenser after our 20 year old furnace failed. Karalis had the best price by far, offered the most features for that price (added a humidifier and UV light), and offered a 10 year labor warranty. They were out the next week on my requested date and got the whole system swapped out with no issues. The install team was on time, extremely friendly, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Will definitely be using Karalis more in the future.

Recently had an AC and ductwork installed, couldn't be more satisfied. Randy did great work, he clearly cares about his craft and it shows. He was mindful of future home improvement plans when placing the ductwork, and was happy to answer any questions I had.

The Karalis tech did excellent work replacing our broken water heater. All done within 4 days of the initial call and at a great price. They even replaced a broken vent pipe from the boiler for free.

We had a whole-home generator installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was great to work with — super friendly, on time, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The installation went smoothly, they kept everything clean, and made sure to simulate a power outage ensuing it was working properly before they left.

It’s such a relief knowing our home will stay powered during outages, and we have Karalis to thank for it. If you’re thinking about getting a generator, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

Paul and his team at Karalis were excellent to work with. We had a whole house generator installed. They were communicative and had fair pricing. My biggest praise for them is their honesty. We had two other companies out and their ideas of install and code did not align with what Karalis proposed. Considering the investment and SAFETY issues involved when installing a generator, I would not trust anyone else.

Our heat went out in the middle of a cold wave, and we needed help urgently. I called Karalis and they were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.
