We had a long time provider who was unable to help us when our heater stopped working. I messaged Patrick’s and got an immediate response. They scheduled a service person to visit within 2 hours. Within 3 hours, our heater was repaired and is working properly now.

The team from Patrick’s was extremely professional. We had new hvac system installed to replace failed boiler. They consulted us on the options and what they recommend was best solution (efficiency ) for the house as well as the cost. The installation was excellent. They plowed through the majority of the work in one very long day and finished the setup the next. This was excellent as we did I no have our house disrupted for days on end. Great team and they will have our business for some time.

Borden Heating and Cooling has been our "go to" provider for several years. After some less than stellar experiences with other firms in the area when our 8 year old system died we knew we had to get better service and equipment. Enter Borden Heating and Cooling. They installed a new system with better equipment, lower operating costs, and less maintenance. Did I mention at a lower purchase price? Since that time, many years ago, the only repair was to install a new thermostat. regular service is performed every 6 months with filter replacement every second visit. The Service Techs are fully knowledgeable of the systems, are efficient in their service and are always prompt and neat. We could not be happier!

We have been using Borden since we moved to our house 10 1/2 years ago, and they’ve never delivered anything but the best service. They installed two A/C units for us a number of years ago and we haven’t had a single issue with either of them. Just had brand new High velocity AC systems (2) installed with new duct work, outside units, outlets, a new return vent added, etc. Everything was done professionally and I was updated the entire way.
