We are so happy to have found our go-to HVAC company in Borden. Our mini split recently started dripping water and making noise. We were initially told by another “big” HVAC company that the unit wasn’t repairable and needed to be replaced. The quote we received was astronomical so we decided to get another opinion. Matt returned my call promptly and we were able to arrange an appointment around our schedule via text. In the meantime we failed at replacing the thermostat for our high velocity AC and were completely without working AC. The Borden team showed up as scheduled and saved the day. They were able to replace the blown fuse in our AC and fix our mini split in no time, for a very fair price. The technicians also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and answer all our questions. We are looking forward to continuing working with Borden to keep our systems running well.

We used Matt Borden when we bought our house many years ago to replace the heating and air conditioning system. It worked great, and when it came time to replace it, we went to Matt again. His crew comes in as scheduled, keep everything incredibly clean, and finish on schedule. We also have him check the system every 1-2 years to ensure things are running without issue. EXCELLENT service! Matt came out and took his time explaining everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and price competitive. His team headed by Curtis were very professional and I was impressed by their attention to detail. I can't say enough about Matt Borden HVAC. Curtis had to remove some plants to install the outside compressor and was kind enough to salvage them for me to replant! You can't go wrong with a family owned company like Matt's.

We have been using Matt Borden for at least a decade. Previously we had been using some other company (which I will not name) to install and maintain our systems. That company came out one day to do a repair and told us we needed a whole new system. Not knowing anything about HVAC systems, but knowing how well we maintained them, we doubted that assessment. It was then that we called Matt Borden to get a "second opinion". Matt Borden told us we did not need a new system, made the repair, replacing an inexpensive part. From that point forward we used Matt Borden to maintain our systems and we got at least another seven years out of the existing system! (The previous company was clearly trying to sell us a bill of goods.) When the time finally did came, we had Matt Borden install the new one with which we are very pleased. Matt Borden's crew do great work, they are always friendly, professional and respectful. They have proven themselves to be worthy of our trust and we would (and have) recommend them to everyone!

Matt Border messed up my AC several ways!!!
Border installed my AC system. They provided service every year. I left them when they wanted an extra $200 to change the vent filter. Good! Because now my new AC company has shown me HUGE microbial growth inside the unit. It has not been properly cleaned in all these years!
