I Highly recommend Borden! Our estimate process was amazing with Matt and pricing was so much better than other competitors in our area. Also felt better using a small home town business and not the commercialized big guys. There were Many payment options as well which helped out when budgeting. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in depth. Which we didn’t experience with many other companies. Our hvac and furnace was over 20 years old and it was on its last leg. Matt walked us through what would be best for our house size and what was in our budget, but without sacrificing quality equipment. After we signed the paper work and agreed, we had our unit installed in about a week! Right before a heatwave. Matt was super honest about how long instal would be and his guys got the job done in two days since our unit was in a little crawl space. His guys were extremely nice and kept us informed of everything going on. They also kept the space super clean and left it is cleaner than it was before. So far our new AC unit is working amazingly and we realized how much our old unit was struggling. From here on out, Borden will be our new HVAC servicing company! Our A/C needed replacement. Matt's team conducted an extensive assessment and recommended a heat pump system. Matt fully explained his recommendation and made a very fair proposal. I had obtained proposals from three other companies. Two were higher and one was lower than Matt's. None had even mentioned a heat pump as an option we should consider. After researching the heat pump and discussing it again with Matt, I accepted Matt's proposal. The installation was timely and efficient. The team that installed the system was terrific, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Borden.

Ian and Nate just completed the installation of an air conditioning unit when the third floor of our house. They were courteous efficient and neat. They explain the operation fully to us. Matt and his crew are always available, dependable, and professional. Juan has been to my home for maintenance, and a complete heat pump system replacement. He is always courteous, helpful and informative on how I can get the most from my unit. Today I had an issue and they arrived within 2 hours of my call and had everything taken care of within an hour. Right in the heart of a heat wave! Super thankful to have such an honest and respectful company willing to take care of us as needed.

Borden Heating & Cooling replaced my 20-year old AC system in one day. One of their techs was out the week before to check my system He got the old unit running but recommended it be replaced due to its condition and age. Matt Borden provided a quick estimate and, upon my approval on a Monday, scheduled and completed the work on Wednesday. We were very appreciative since this was in June and a ninety-degree day was coming on Friday. His techs were very polite, efficient, and left our home clean. I have used Borden’s for 20-years and have never been disappointed. They actually installed my first system.

Chris fixed our heat last year and I will admit that I had my doubts. We had a different company out every winter prior when the temp went below 30 degrees so why would this fix be any different? Not only was the price reasonable, but he actually FIXED THE PROBLEM and we are surviving this brutal winter with no issues. I am VERY grateful. He’s the real deal!

I had been working with another company for well over a year on a heater issue. Long story short- they couldn’t figure out the problem and i kept losing heat in the cold. called borden. They sent someone right away who diagnosed the problem and fixed my heater. The worker was also very patient and explained things to me . I now have heat and am very impressed with the service

Replaced leaking sink drain trap and pipes. Repair was quick and the technician explained exactly what he would do ahead of time. Very happy with the response time, communication, and quality of the work.

Tyler came to our home after our heater stopped working unexpectedly before a big snowstorm. He took his time to review our home and explained clearly the remedy. Long story short, our home has heat, and we are better off for him being here!

James from Wm Henderson did a fantastic job replacing electrical outlets under our kitchen sink. Great work in a tight space that was difficult to reach. Very pleased in Narberth!

Had a whole house generator installed. It required significant gas line and electrical work. Work was done professionally and as per expectations. The cost was very reasonable compared to others. Workers were courteous and completely cleaned the job site. Would highly recommend and will use them again if/when needed.

Technicians James (Jim) and Anthony replaced a portion of our cracked sewer line in early December. They thoroughly assessed the problem and clearly explained the required repair. Both were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. They even cleaned longstanding rust on the basement floor surrounding the pipe. This is our second time using WM Henderson- first time we had a water leak and Jim was great with that repair! All of WM Henderson staff has been a pleasure to work with during both repairs.

Wonderful experience. Fast service. Mr. Stanley was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did the work and checked it more than twice. Very impressive. After Mr. Stanley worked on our drains, our drains are clear and draining wonderfully.

This is an update. Yesterday Jimmy came to do maintenance on the heater. Very professional and nice. His explanations were also easy to follow. I'd give him 5 stars too.

Rob Murphy came to my house and went right to work fixing what I thought was one leak and ended up being two! He spent five hours working into the night to get the pipes fixed and heater back working. After all that time working he even cleaned up the floors before he left. The price he charged was far less than the first plumber I reached out to and he didn’t try to sell me on unneeded bells and whistles. I would 100 percent recommend Wm Henderson.
