Work performed on my first floor renovation contracted for nine pigtailed receptacles and a GFC1 receptacle installed in my powder room. Recent photos of a safety check of my home showed the receptacles were not pigtailed and a GFC1 receptacle was not installed in my powder room - not to mention my new refrigerator was not placed on separate line as recommended on your website. I contacted the President and Operations Manager by certified mail but many weeks later have not received a reply - so much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Muriel G

Henderson is always very responsive and accommodating. We had an outdoor spigot pipe burst. And the person sent out, Derek, was able to fix it quickly and explain clearly what the issue was. He also brought some other possible plumbing issues to our attention.

The techs were so nice and trustworthy. Was able to schedule an appointment promptly. Not only paid for the inspection and repair, but also purchased a one year plan at a reasonable price.

Rich the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and made the required repairs. It was a great experience. On time, on target and on his way to the next service call. Always great service. This was a commercial "no heat" call and WM Henderson is our go to company for Plumbing, Heating and AC because they've got us covered!

I am terribly sorry to write this review. I typically do not do this, but I am firm believer in transparency and honesty. Henderson’s ability to schedule and bring a technician to your house within hours is unparalleled. However, the quality of their technicians is completely hit or miss. Since purchasing my home I have had Henderson come on 4-5 occasions, and each time the job is left incomplete or worse than the time before. You may ask why I keep calling them, and the reasoning is they are the team that’s able to come fastest. However, I think I am finished with their services.

1. This summer they installed a new cooling system. They never hooked up the WiFi and left the thermostat hanging on the call by the wires. I had to call Henderson to come back on multiple occasions to resolve the issue. They also tried to resell me redlink for WiFi for $500. Lucky I found the module left on top of my unit in the attic. I asked the technician to install it after I found the module. He did not do his due diligence.
2. Then, when summer turned to fall and it was time to turn on the heat, the new thermostat was not configured for heating so again Henderson had to come out.
3. Henderson came out because I wanted them to install customer purchased Honeywell WiFi thermostats. Spent 2 hours diagnosing and after which told me that they didn’t have a confident solution on how to do it with my existing wiring. Don’t worry! I got the $179 charge for the truck roll and diagnostic. Now, I wake up next day, and the heat is not running in the house!
4. Henderson is coming now. Please understand my system was completely operational until 2p yesterday. Anyway, just be a thoughtful homeowner, really evaluate speed vs quality of service.

My advice to others: Request a senior technician if schedulers can schedule it AND/OR request that the same tech comes back to your home assuming the tech previously was able to accomplish the work.

Again, Henderson’s challenge is the quality control and standard of technician quality. Thank you.

UPDATE AND RESOLUTION
5. Henderson came back out promising me they would not send the same tech. Same tech arrived. Tech did not resolve the issue and told me to purchase a garden hose to purge hot water lines and left.
6. I called Henderson call center and asked for someone to resolve immediately. They said they would call me back. Never called me back. I waited 1.15 hours. And they said they booked time slot for 8p. I told them that was too late. They had tech come at 5p.
7. Dan Law arrived most professional tech. Spoke kindly and apologized for everything. He resolved the issue within 45 minutes.
8. Two days later I spoke with Lindsey in management. Too her through the full saga and she refunded us the $178.

All in if it wasn’t for Dan, I would no longer be a potential future customer of Henderson. Dan is the reason I may call the company back in the future if an issue arises.

My residential HVAC System had an issue and I called for emergency repair on a Sunday morning. Eddie, the service technician arrived 2 hours later. He was courteous, explained everything he did, and quickly addressed the issue. Outstanding service, covered by the units warranty, much appreciated.

They were excellent from start to finish. Every single person from the company that we met were people we'd happily have into our homes. Heck, we'd invite them to holiday dinner. They were professional, explained our system's problems clearly and completely, as well as our options moving forward. The speed with which they completed the repairs far exceeded our expectations. They left the workspace cleaner than it was when they arrived. On a scale of One to Five Stars, I'd give them a solid Eight Stars. Go Birds.

Finally a great experience ! I had issues previously with multiple last minute cancellations for my maintenance service so I had all but given up but I received a call from a manager and he was very helpful with resolving my issues . He rescheduled my appointment for Christmas Eve and I was fearful that once again there would be a cancellation. To my surprise they sent a great technician for my maintenance. Christopher Washington was really wonderful, he explained each part of the process and what he was actually doing step by step and also offered some advice on ways to extend the life of my heater and a/c unit . As homeowners we don’t always know much about these things so it was a breath of fresh air and I was very happy with his attention to detail . I’m so glad there are still people out there who care about their job and do it well ! Thank you wm Henderson !

I have had many contracters work on my house in the past. After
experiencing these guys and seeing on my cameras how they work themselves along with there team and there commuication skills with there clients being honest I do not think I will go anywere else anymore. It was just a overall good experience when I was in a very bad situation. There techs Anthony and Ryan were wonderful, polite, Worked nonstop, just 2 great guys you would feel comfortable with having in your house. Picked up when non else did, came out promptly, I could keep going. Again after some experiences in the past with comtracters these guys set the bar for me on what dealing with contracters should be like. May god bless them all my overall review and anyone elses name I may have forgottin again I was going thru a hard time at that time , is they are just a great company and come threw when you need them.

Reviews are a very important tool when researching someone to work on your home. Horrid reviews from one company sent me on a search to find this fantastic company. Dan was exceptionally polite, professional and friendly in explaining the work details. The workers were also friendly and professional. When an unexpected problem arose they handled it with ease. You guys did a great job! A potential nightmare turned into a happy ending.

WM Henderson is my go to for electrical issues. I've had two great visits from them, and I find them always to be very honest with their work/charges. Thankful for James Darby and the other young guy today for their help (and kind explanations)!

We had an excellent experience with WM Henderson, and especially with Christofer. He was incredibly informative, friendly, kind, and right on time. From start to finish, he was transparent about what we needed, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently and professionally.

Christofer was truly a pleasure to work with, which isn’t something you can always say when dealing with plumbing issues. While I hope we won’t need plumbing services again anytime soon, if we do, WM Henderson will absolutely be our first call. We can’t recommend Christofer and this company enough!

Great experience. Called for service and the plumber was there within an hour. I was stunned.

JB arrived on time and conducted assessment of water heater thermostat problem. He clearly conveyed all options available for repair and or replacement so I could make informed decision. Later he identified unexpected subsequent issues and worked quickly to resolve by immediately bringing on site Henderson’s electrical expert to assess and avoid any service delay . I am once again impressed with services provided by knowledgeable experts who work with customers to gain trust and complete satisfaction.

Our problem was an emergency and our technician John was awesome! He called me before he arrived and he was able to fix our plumbing problem with our toilet. He was so nice and was really helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your emergency service yesterday.

I found the experience with Henderson excellent. They have a good phone presence when booking an appointment. The technician was excellent -- knowledgeable, informative, courteous, he took as much time as needed to be sure my problem was fixed and advised me about some future plumbing work. Henderson is definitely now my plumber!!

I cannot ask for a more thorough and detailed technician. Barry takes the time to ensure everything is in working order. The was a quality review check after they installed a new furnace 3 weeks ago. I like the fact that they come back to make sure all is in working order after the unti has had time to settle in. Great service!
