DiBiase came out to air seal our basement and add insulation into the joists. Our home is a 1970s colonial and very leaky. I was very happy with the communication prior to the work and I had hoped the air sealing would help with our mice problem in the basement. The technicians had told me there was a possibility that air sealing would help with the mice problem but no guarantees. Since we've air sealed the basement we haven't seen a single mouse and our traps have stayed empty. Obviously an antecdotal experience but perhaps a silver lining towards having your basement air sealed. DiBiase did a great job with everything and it was a reasonable rate compared to other contractors.

Luis at Dibiase did a good job, but missed a key outdoor valve issue that I had to catch prior to leaving the property.

DiBiase was on a list of vendors after a PECO energy assessment recommended we get air sealing and attic insulation (existing rating was R1!) and it was easily the right choice for us. Brian did a very thorough assessment of the house (other contractors just stuck their head in the attic, but Brian did a full walkthrough) and provided a plan and estimate that was in our budget. Conner and Liz were the best techs we could have hoped for: answering all of our questions, being super professional, whisper quiet, and making sure the cats didn't sneak out. Their cleanup was so immaculate we had no idea they had even been there. Thanks guys!

Kurt has been to our house multiple times. He always curteous and on time. We value his and DiBiase ‘ s services and advices.

came in to house clean with feet guards for dirt.. inspected inside and outside units thorougly. changed batteries in thermostat for heat/cool.. explained options on replacing water heater in place now. very good.

DiBiase Heating and Cooling is responsive when the need for HVAC service arises and has experienced and capable technicians on staff. Their guy Kurt came to our house to do a repair on our heating system last winter and was here again today to do 2025 seasonal maintenance. I'm very satisfied with DiBiase and recommend that others give them a call when they need HVAC service.

First checkup after installation of a new furnace. Our tech was very helpful. Helped me connect my smart thermostat, which I had been unable to do. And taught me about the humidifier attachment of my new system.

Easy, prompt scheduling Luis arrived early in time window(which is always a positive)very polite, took the time to explain to me current issues that could become problems in the future. He didn’t press for repairs immediately which other service providers have in the past.

Barry is always great. He’s been to our house multiple times for the bi-annual maintenance and tuneup. He knows everything about our unit and I trust him.

We had service tech Kurt arrive for our yearly AC system check up. Kurt was on time, friendly and had a deep knowledge of HVAC systems. He ran a complete battery of tests on our old system, while never getting bothered by the homeowner standing there, asking questions. We are very happy with the level of service and care Kurt provided. Ask for him...you will be impressed!

10/2025, Fall heater service.
Kurt returned, this time to check and prepare out heating system for the coming winter. I requested Kurt because I thought he would be just as thorough and knowledgeable with out heating as he had been with out AC....and he was. Everything I said above still applies. After completing the service call, I received an email with docs & photos of all the tests and their results. DiBiase has been reasonable with their pricing, delivered on their service, and honesty....no pressure or up-selling for work thats not needed. Thanks DiBiase!

Kurt arrived well within the 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. time frame. He speedily went to work. Returned to tell me that another part was needed which he carried as part of his truck inventory. Okayed it and was installed. He was personable and kindly answered my questions. Was so glad to have the humidifier working at last. No more awaking mornings with bloody nose and scratchy throat coughing as I have been for the past 5 1/2 weeks. I understand that people without heat should have 1st priority, however if this review of this system had been done in a timely earlier fashion all this could have been avoided!

Kurt is a true professional. I called for a small problem and he was able to identify the source and come up with a solution. The poor guy went into my crawl space in the middle of a cold snap in February, that's dedication. Very happy with the service and the company.

Dan was fantastic. We had a part replaced on our oil tank back in Nov 2024. A year later, we had an issue with the same part. I made a call and Dan came out right away. He came out on a Saturday morning to fix the issue at no cost. He also stayed at my house until the oil was delivered to make sure we had no further issues and everything worked properly.

Tony is very friendly and accommodating. He was prompt and communicative. Gave me several different options of what I could do. He handled all my concerns and questions with grace. Very appreciative of him and I always like working with DiBiase.

All company personnel are on time, are courteous and are good communicators. Overall, great customer service. I recommend DiBiase without reservation.
Kurt diagnosed our thermostat problem and installed a new unit. As with other DiBiase techs, he was prompt, courtesy, knowledgeable and efficient. Kurt synched the replacement thermostat to our wi-fi and provided useful information on temp and fan settings. We are very pleased with this service and highly recommend Kurt and company.
Technician Barry diagnosed and corrected a sensor problem and the heating function appears to be operating properly at this time. According to the neighbor on site, he was very professional and informative. We will continue to monitor the 6-month old system.
Tech Barry returned twice to make adjustments and repairs to our Trane unit. He followed up to check that controls were properly configured. In both instances he was professional, polite and determined to make needed corrections. He conducted a thorough and detailed analysis. Barry’s work ethic is commendable. We will be evaluating the effectiveness of our 6-month old system over the coming winter days.

Did a great job installing a new boiler that had to interface with a complex existing distribution system. Very professional and knew when he needed to call in addition help. He also did a great job showing me how to use the system
Awesome job and fantastic work.

Pleasantly surprised by the professional and courteous service provided by Luis Tenorio Technician from DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company. I have been a customer of Oliver Heating & Cooling for many years and had to change providers because Oliver recently decided that cleaning the heat exchanger in a boiler would no longer be done as part of their annual system maintenance visit. I am not sure what their logic was with that decision because if you don't clean your heat exchanger annually your system will inevitably fail.
I made a call to DiBiase and was greeted by Melissa Cristiano one of their dispatchers. Melissa was fantastic, she took time to explain how they worked and the different kinds of maintenance plans they offered. After sending my some back up info I made the decision to move forward with a DiBiase Service Agreement.
That is where Luis comes in, Luis came on time and performed the cleaning and even made some adjustments that have made my boiler perform better. Luis was polite, professional and knowledgeable so he was a pleasure to work with.
I am glad I made the decision to become a customer of DiBiase Heating & Cooling. I would recommend if you need a HVAC company that you give DiBiase a call.
