Excellent and fast customer service. Kurt the technician quickly diagnosed the issue and the solution, and did so in very professional and friendly manner. Technician Nathan, also very professional, came out the next day to complete the job and our system was back up and running. So far, so good. DiBiase’s response time and work thus far make them a company we can recommend.

We have had many services done by Dibiase from installing central air in our 1950s house to regular boiler service. The technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most recently we had insulation blown in to the walls of our main living area. The team covered the work area and all furniture and cleaned up when done. We will continue to use Dibiase for all our HVAC needs.

Tim from DiBiase Heating and Cooling was exceptional. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Tim took the time to really understand the unique aspects of my gas boiler system to make sure it was functioning properly, when 3 previous service providers could not. He also recommended several common sense features that were not on my current system that would help to enhance its effectiveness going forward. In addition, he took the better part of the afternoon to investigate what turned out to be a significant air block in my system, and he helped to get a number of the cast iron radiators in the house working properly again... for which i was extremely grateful. I would like to have him back to perform the remaining repairs to optimize the system to help it maintain optimal performance.

I have had a Geothermal system for over 10 years installed by another company with which I had a lot of issues.. The system stopped working this week with no power at the compressor. DiBiase performed full house duct sealing and an extensive insulation upgrade to our home. Sealing products and insulation were used along the inside edges of the basement, along with sealing the air duct tubes. Rolled sheets of insulation, along with broken pieces of insulation were blown into the attic and into the ceiling of the garage. A blower test was performed before the work was performed and after all the work was completed. With this upgrade a 10% improvement was expected, however we received a 25% improvement! The two employees that performed the work, Conner and Liz were excellent! They were very professional, pleasant and hard working. Additionally, they did a very thorough job of cleaning up. The service technician, Brian that originally came to our home for the quote was also very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company for your cooling, heating and insulation needs!

I had a heat pump check-up service, as part of a PECO energy audit. Barry was the technician who came to do that work. He was very professional and helpful, as I'd had some issues with my heat pump and he had experience with Bosch equipment. Barry also was able to show me settings that would be better for my configuration. There were service items I needed to follow-up on, so I set up an appointment for that work and Barry did that work also. He was again very professional and helpful and got the work done efficiently. I would recommend DiBiase based on my experience with Barry.
