Great company and service. I was able to get an appointment today through their website. James Pagliaro was able to figure out that it was our Generac loadshed device that was affecting our dryer and got a new one. We are one happy family that are able to use our dryer again.

My water heater sprung a link on thanksgiving morning and flooded my basement! I called Henderson and they offered someone that day on the Holiday but I was able to temporarily fix it myself as I had plans with family all day and couldn’t miss. They offered me the next day and the tech was prompt, polite, and great at what he does and now I have a new water heater and nothing to worry about. 5 stars across the board!!

Chris from Henderson was absolutely outstanding! He waited patiently without any complaints, showing genuine courtesy and professionalism throughout our interaction. His punctuality was spot-on, and he handled everything with calm and care. I’d recommend Chris to anyone looking for top-notch service. A true gem!

Job well done and the professional accomplishing it went well above and beyond to complete the task! Prior to starting on the job our plumber provided the promised quote - as was promised. I can say this was the first time I was surprised by a quote (favorably) as we had similar work done by another national drain company which a year or so ago that was 2x this quote for similar work. Wow.

The second WOW was our professional ran into complications (unique to our condo building) that impacted the speed at which he could complete the task and it also impacted our neighbors downstairs. He stuck to the quote and he was so respectful, clean and efficient it was wonderful.

Justin did a great job installing the new kitchen faucet. The installation went very well. We also discussed water heaters. He explained all my options and provided quotes which gives me time to consider thise before I need to make a decision.

A simple (what I thought) clogged drain turned out to be much more - a clogged sewer line requiring Justin to troubleshoot many options. He was professional, friendly and worked very CLEAN. It was a hard, unexpected job during a holiday week and Wm Henderson was responsive and great to work with. Can’t speak to cost because we were in a jam. It wasn’t cheap but the problem was solved - and done quickly.

We called Wm. Henderson with a couple of plumbing issues and expected to wait a few days to get an appointment. They had a same day appointment and Paul, our technician, arrived an hour later. Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He diagnosed and quickly fixed our immediate plumbing problem and recommended appropriate follow up for a different issue. We are extremely happy with this quick service and will definitely be using them again.

Eddie came to check out our boiler because our house wasn’t heating correctly. He was so professional and communicated exactly what the issue was in an easily digestible way! Overall, WM Henderson was very helpful!

Woke up to no heat and it was 28 degrees out and hosting a holiday dinner. Bill made sure a technician came out today and Nicholas Vasquez was excellent. He was very thorough and didn't leave until he was sure the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately he found a 2nd problem which will require another service call but explained how I should deal with the heater if we lost our heat again. Nick and Bill deserve this 5 star review.

Have depended on them for service and repairs. So far, no complaints. They repaired my 11 yr old water heater affordable and were honest that it was not going to last. They were right, 7 Mos later. Done. They dont sell unnecessary services, do maintenance,install and repairs. The tech onsite wears booties and is respectful of your space and property.

Tech was prompt in arriving. Chris explained all he was doing, why it was being done. We have two furnaces due to the layout of the house. Each has a humodofoer. Neither had been attended to in a while---he identified that, asked permission to change filters. A very good catch by him.

Satisfied with Henderson. You pay a little more for their service but like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". The immediate availability and response time plus qualified techs make the extra cost worth it.

Service was very high quality and they were quick to schedule and accommodated my schedule. The technician Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. My only concern was a cost of $245 to simply reset a toilet. That said, I’m not sure other plumbers would be more reasonably priced.

Had a service appointment scheduled for our heater today, the service tech was personable, knowledgeable, very nice! Did a great job price was very reasonable and service tech cleaned up after service. This was first service call but they will be go to for all our service. A+

Gus, my actual technician, was fast, pleasant and thorough. However, I called to schedule this tune up in September to get situated before the cold months, knowing they are busy. They ended up canceling twice and kept telling me their next appointment was months out. Finally, they came today, almost 6 months since I called to make the initial appointment, which is so frustrating considering their ads always say they can get there within 48hrs. I'm just glad that nothing went wrong with my furnace during these extra cold months because of it. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just ridiculous.

I’m the idiot who missed a hose valve shut off when preparing for the winter temps. Pipe burst today and we had to shut off the main water valve and had no running water with young kids and dogs. I called for an emergency visit and initially, the company was able to offer me the next morning. Shortly after, I was called back and told my job was flagged as urgent and they had a tech nearby they were going to send out that night. Rob M was our tech. He worked outside in the frigid cold and wind to repair our pipe, replaced values, and went above and beyond ensuring our home was safe for the winter weather. He was friendly, professionally and respected our home and space. I cannot thank him enough for such an excellent job done. Will be calling back for services and requesting Rob in the future.

Joseph was the best technician I’ve dealt with in the 15 years I’ve been doing property management. If you want someone representing your company and high quality of work, he’s the guy. Professional, thorough and experienced. He took the time to explain all options and was a pleasure to deal with.

So this is the second time I've used WM Henderson and I have decided this will be the only plumbing and HVAC company I use. A little about me: I'm a mechanical engineer so I really like to understand what's going on. Both of my experiences with WM Henderson left me very satisfied with my technicians ability to clearly communicate his process for diagnosing the issue. This call was for a 2nd opinion for an alleged cracked heat exchanger (another company with orange trucks made a few wild claims). Christopher Washington was my technician from WM Henderson, he was prompt, curteous (wore boot covers), and efficient. Christopher took the time to show the CO concentration (almost zero ppm) and video of images of the heat exchanger (looking for potential cracks). He also reviewed images of the heat exchanger sent by the other company (that's when he pointed out the date on those images were from 2024 ... our Exchanger was checked by the prior company in October 2025). Our Furnace is on the older end so we'll start saving for a future replacement... when that time comes we are calling WM Henderson and asking for Christopher Washington. I want to say to WM Henderson leadership that you all are leading with integrity and it shows in your staff... Nice to see companies operating like this in 2025.

The technician Sara Nance inspected and cleaned our gas furnace as part of our maintenance contract with Wm Henderson. She was cheerful and efficient and also very friendly with our dogs, one of whom followed her into the basement and shadowed her the entire time. Thank you Sara for your excellent service!

We had a water heater installed today. We are long time customers of WM Henderson and trusted they would take care of us given our relationship with them. When the technician came in, he quoted a cost for a basic installation for $6500 for a 75 gallon gas water heater. The water heater is quoted online to be about $2700. They were asking for almost $4000.00 for labor. We were shocked. Completely shocked. I spoke to him and said, "you must be kidding". He said, "no... it usually takes us about 6 hours to do the work so we believe this is an appropriate labor cost." After he discussed with his manager, he dropped the price substantially. But it was difficult and annoying. Our gas heater is in a large basement. Easy to access. It took them 5 hours today to complete the work. They still got paid $400/hr. I value our plumbers. But this seems over the top. We had no choice but to pay.

Great company and bill did an awesome job!!! I had a pipe crack overnight and tried to fix it myself. After a couple hours, I needed an expert I called mh Henderson and talked with a rep. Within 2-3 hours bill showed up. He was great!!! He diagnosed the problem, had the right equipment in the truck and got right to it. Within 45 mins to an hour, the work was done, the pipe was fixed and I had water running through the house again.
