Dillon was great to work with on helping us select the best deal for our new HVAC System! He was very professional from the moment I opened the door to let him in . He presented the options with lots of excellent knowledge and helped us understand what each possible Systems pros and cons between efficiency, pricing and parts used or needed for installation. He kept our budget in mind and stayed well within to keep the stress level down for the big purchase With NO hidden installation up selling like almost every other company tries . It was a great time working with Dillon and I highly recommend Dillon and his installation crew with DiBiase all day everyday to anyone that is in need of a new house HVAC system. Daniel came on a Sunday, couldn’t park his van because of the snow banks, but worked with us to find a solution. Once he examined our furnace, he was thorough, professional, careful and transparent about costs and options. He also prepared us for the likelihood we’ll need to replace it soon, recommended a carbon monoxide detector to be safe, and connected us with someone to schedule a replacement estimate. Would recommend calling him if you need help fast.

I moved over to these guys after being with another provider for a while and they were absolutely great. They went above and beyond and explained everything to me so I highly recommend them. Dan and his coworker were excellent.

I really appreciate the patience DiBiase showed me during the process of installing a new HVAC system. They took the time to listen to the AC/heating goals I had for my home. They created a fair proposal for the work, Completed a load calculation prior to installing, and on the day of install walked me through and asked for my input about some of the cosmetic appearances that I would notice on the exterior of my home. They were professional and kind and I really appreciated their work to make sure everything was done properly.

Luke Tramatore and his installation team did an amazing job replacing our old central air and oil heat system with a more efficient heat pump system. Their work was very professional and fast. We are really happy since we began modernizing our HVAC system with DiBiase.

Daniel Ruggirello did a quality assurance review. He first recommended the heat pump solution to improve our energy efficiency. Very pleased with the finished product and the quality professionalism of Daniel and the other engineers at DiBiase

Called out on Sunday as our Trane smart thermostat indicated service needed and tripped wet switch. Very happy as Barry Peirson came promptly, dried pan, checked air handler doors, replaced filter and updated breaker labels. We are grateful for the premium service!

Luis Tenorio diagnosed various issues with our 68 year old Oil tank and boiler requiring eventual replacement. We are doing this in stages using helpful proposals that break down the job and costs. Really appreciate his professionalism and patience explaining the issues and options to help us prioritize the projects.
