Patrick and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They weren't pushy or "salesy" and stayed on-site until the job was fully completed to our satisfaction.

He came out in a snow storm and fixed our heating units !!!! It was starting to become under 30 degrees in the house . And he drove in 9+ inches of snow to do this . Will definitely be hiring him again !!!!

This review is a bit overdue, but here you go, as reviews help a company grow. (Ilir, do you remember asking me why I chose your company??) ;) Patrick's HVAC is a GREAT company to work with! After shopping around and getting many quotes, I decided to give Patrick's HVAC a chance to see what they can offer. I got 2 Carrier units (single and two-stage) installed towards the end of 2024 at two houses for pretty reasonable prices. Both jobs were completed on time, and the units were safely delivered as well. However, the unit at my place had some issues after being installed, and the guys had to come back out more than a couple of times to look into it, but EACH and EVERY time, they handled it professionally and troubleshooted it step by step. They spent a lot of time trying different solutions but ultimately figured out the issue and corrected it! Nonetheless, I was glad that I chose them and was pleased not only with the installation but also with their responsiveness and professionalism in addressing the post-installation issues. Regardless, they are VERY responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting the issues diagnosed without complaining about having to come back out over and over again. They both went above and beyond with both jobs and provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs, as they are both dedicated to their work. Patricks are the best Hvac team in the greater Delco area. They were very helpful, prompt, and efficient when I needed my entire Hvac units replaced. Pricing is great and Service is exceptional. They eased me through the entire process of hvac replacement and I will definitely be their lifelong customer. 5/5

I called Patrick's Heating &Cooling for estimate to replace my heater and ac, Pat came over the next day and looked at the job and answered all my questions. That evening I received their estimate and it was a very competive price. I decided to use them and a few days later Pat and ILIR came to install my unites and at the end of a long day both units were up and running. They did a great job and they removed my old equipment and my home was as clean as when they started. Thank you for being so honest and professional.

We were collecting estimates to replace our 20 year old central air conditioning system. Patrick was one of the first to respond but we weighed our options carefully. We did choose Patrick for a number of reasons.

Patrick started the installation the very next day. He was very prompt at 8 a.m. and said it would take approximately 6 hours. Very accurate! This summer has been very hot and humid and it’s a miracle we were able to get someone of Patrick’s caliber to install the unit in scorching hot weather.

He’s very polite and pleasant as are his workers. The old unit and other parts were taken away. The yard was left in perfect condition. I must say, the new one is working better than the old one even when that was new!

Patrick’s estimate was very fair and well worth every penny for the quality of work he does.

Patrick’s HVAC with Heating and Cooling is the real deal! Very knowledgeable and very helpful to quickly diagnose our issue and schedule us for repairs within 1 day, which was much appreciated. On installation day, they were on time and completed the job on schedule. Communication was easy and we will definitely use them again if needed!

I was recommended to use Patrick’s from a friend at work. I have 2 HVAC units associated with my house both were >15 years old. The one had started giving me problems. Patrick, who is such a nice honest guy, gave me a very reasonable offer on replacing both units including the outdoor condensers.

He leveled and added the stones around the condenser units outside (as you can see in the pictures my puppy is admiring his work). He added many safeties to our new HVAC units that weren’t there on our old unit. He also provided a Wi-Fi capable thermostat to our 3rd floor hvac unit. Most importantly, both units are so quiet you only know that they are running by putting your hand over the vents and they are much more energy efficient.

It was so easy to work with Patrick. He finished both units in less than 3 days which with the one unit being on the 3rd floor and in a weird attic crawl space is impressive. The city inspector that came after said that he did an awesome job and only had to add caps onto the outside valves which Patrick came back, himself, and did that very day. :)

Patrick and his partner are the definition of quality work. When my water heaters were being installed, they made sure that everything worked as expected, ensured our kitchen was back up and running by lighting all the pilots again, and took care to fix a hazardous gas leak from my furnace. This is a slightly long post, but well worth the read. We recently had some home renovations performed, and it required us to have our baseboards moved around. Our contractor had a plumber come out and perform the work, and it ended up breaking our oil furnace. Now at this point, we had worked with multiple different companies for various needs during the renovation process, and not all of our experiences had been great. But winter was approaching and we knew that we needed to either get our oil furnace fixed, or upgrade our system. We decided to shop around for some quotes for an electric heat pump, and after getting multiple quotes, we settled on Patrick's Heating and Cooling for a multitude of reasons. Not only was he very reasonably priced, he was very transparent with us about what system would work best for our current home layout, and thoroughly went over all of the potential problems we could run into depending on which system we went with. This transparency was really what sold us on choosing Patrick's Heating and Cooling. We signed the contract and very shortly after that, our new system was installed. Patrick and his crew had the work performed in one day, and they were so respectful our home and pets. There is no doubt that we will choose Patrick's for all of our future needs! My heater stopped working so I called Patrick’s on a Saturday evening. He showed up in a couple hours and did an amazing job troubleshooting and fixing the issue asap. The price is also very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing help with hvac.

I was having an emergency today with my heating unit. I woke up and had no heat, And when I called Patricks heating and cooling, They were able to come out within two hours. Not only was the technician, polite and knowledgeable, But he stayed for almost 10 hours to make sure that I had heat and that everything was working properly so that it wouldn’t break again. They went above and beyond for a very reasonable price. If you are ever having an emergency with your heating or cooling systems, I highly recommend this company
