The Branch always exceeds expectations

What's the point of being a national supplier if you can't return items at a different location than purchased? The franchise excuse is lame and allows for lack of consistent service to customers. Go down the block for your HVAC supplies.

Johnstone worked with us to get us products in a rush after another supplier failed us. They spoke with the manufacturer before placing our order to ensure it would arrive on time, and it did. We were able to get our job done on time for our client thanks to Johnstone.
