I am replying to the inquiry from Ed Griffith about my satisfaction with his inspection of my heat pump system at 1837 State St. I would give him 5 stars. He explained everything he was doing, the why and how it protected my system. He answered all my questions. He was pleasant and polite. I had been on the fence about signing on for the yearly inspection but after understanding more fully the value of maintenance of this somewhat more complex system I signed up yesterday at the house. I wish to be clear there was no pressure, implicit or otherwise from Ed, just information. He did an excellent job.

Brandon was great. He explained the scope of the job, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in a matter of hours.
I would highly recommend HL Bowman (Brian) to others and would not hesitate to call on your company again in the future.

Their technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what would take place and showed us both scenarios of what the issue might be. He made the necessary adjustments and explained what caused the problem. Very pleased with his work. Decided to join their Maintenance plan program.

HL Bowman is great to work with. Their scheduling process was easy, they always call ahead like they say they will, and it’s rare they don’t hit their estimated windows. Dan Ball did our initial estimate for an evacuation, leak repair, and recharge on our heat pump. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and super easy to talk to. We had a bit of a hiccup on scheduling the repair but when I called back in, Jasmine? (I think was her name) got us squeezed right back into the schedule and was very flexible. I was lucky enough to also have Dan come back for the repair and his team did a great job. Our heat pump has been running wonderfully since their departure. Thanks Dan and HL Bowman team! :o)

Easy to schedule, quick resolution of the issue I was having with my dryer. Bryan Potylycki was kind and clearly explained his diagnosis and resolution and answered all my questions. We signed up for a service plan because we were so happy with everything!

Marquise James did a great job in taking pictures of our drainage system. He patiently explained the situation to me and answered my questions. He was very polite and I was happy to meet him!

I was delighted with the service that Bruce Fischer from HL Bowman provided on our freezer and refrigerator. We were given clear choices and explanations and Bruce went above and beyond to make our relatively old equipment work like new. He was very pleasant and I would be happy to see him again when we need him.

AC unit started blowing hot air and HL Bowman was quick to get a service call scheduled. The next morning Mike Brosko came out and was able to quickly get my AC unit up and running. He was extremely transparent and let me know what my best options were for repair and replacement. He was able to set me up with their replacement team to get quotes for potential replacement. I would 100% recommend Mike and HL Bowman for any AC/Heat needs.

Logan and Nathan are undeniably AWESOME! Very efficient in the work they did. Both made sure to explain the work they were doing. And, although there is a few things that still need to be done to make sure my new furnace is working to its potential. They made sure to explain that to me as well. Doug Hill was professional and thorough in his evaluation of my central air system. Although it wasn't great news, he backed it up with data and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. He handled the sale and the scheduling of the installation for the new system and I was very pleased with the entire experience including his description of the positive attributes of your firm and the warranties for your work.

Installation team led by Sharif was awesome. Timely arrival, worked diligently, thorough testing, and left the job site immaculate. The system was operational in 5.5 hours. An excellent job and I am a very satisfied customer.

Shelby was a delight! She was prompt, courteous and most importantly skilled. She took the time to explain things carefully and responded to our requested changes. Our filters were changed and our system set as requested. We will definitely request her in the future.

Nate recently installed a tankless water heater for us. He did a very professional and tidy install. Really impressed with H.L. Bowman as a whole and highly recommend them.

I recently had a contract paid 2x a year service call with Shelby. She was GREAT. She did the maintenance and then helped me fix some concerns I had with the Ecobee smart thermostat. She explained things so well and fixed my concerns in seconds. Great job.
