Air Force Heating & Cooling is excellent. Unparalleled techical expertise and customer service.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Customer does not come first. They don’t even come second or third. Annual service is not worth it. By the time they do their “spring” service it will be 1/2 through the summer. I would rate it 0/5 if it was an option. Save yourself the headache.

Air Force Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company to work with. They are reliable, courteous, professional as well as offering reasonable pricing.

If you are looking for a contractor that does quality work and stands behind their work, this is not your contractor. I called this contractor in October of 2018 about a steam leak in my 2 year old system that was installed by them. One of the new steam pipes was spewing corrosive rusty steam onto my steam boiler installation, my hot water heater, and my basement wall. When I called about the problem I was told that I would be put on a list. Here it is 7 months later and no response. In the meantime the defective pipe continues to destroy itself while leaking corrosive material onto my exhaust flue causing it to erode, which will eventually become a lethal hazard.

Efficient, trustworthy and worth every penny. We have used hem for many years and are always wiling to provide advice and service when requested. No issues to date. Highly recommend them.

Great experience all around. Tom was super helpful, informative, and transparent throughout the whole experience. The technicians were super friendly and quick. They explained the whole process during their visit. Also, they are very reasonably priced as well.

I called the AFH yesterday because a tenant notified us there was no heat in the unit. Carol, called the tenant to coordinate an appointment and to do a quick checklist with the tenant before they came out. Come to find out, the gas switch was off. Carol instructed the tenant to turn it on and the heat was back working. Tenant was ecstatic. Carol informed us shortly there after and said there is no charge. WE ARE THRILLED. Service like this is hard to come by. Highly recommend.
