Tom and his crew serviced my air conditioner shortly after I bought my first home. They arrived right on time and finished the job quickly. They even took the time to give me some good advice on proper HVAC maintenance and how to reduce my energy usage throughout the year.

Our system was installed 6 years ago and we're still happy with it. We're signed up for regular check up and maintenance and Air Force is always prompt, thorough, pleasant, and respectful of our home. Highly recommended!

I have been using Airforce Heating and Cooling for over 7 years and have nothing but good experiences and good things to say about them. They are timely, very professional, and offer service at a good price.
When I first moved into my house, I had Horizon come to service my heat/air system and they quoted me $5,000 dollars of work that needed to be done on my system. That was outrageous and ended up being unnecessary. A friend suggested I get another opinion, and recommended Airforce Heating. They came and inspected my system and said it was running fine and that I did not need any of the work that was quoted by the other company. They were right as my system has been running smoothly for over 7 years. They are very honest, and do not do unnecessary service just to make a buck.
My heating and air system are over 20 years old. I asked them if it was time to replace it and they said not yet. It is running well and they will just watch it.
This is a family run business, and I have had nothing but the best care from all of them. I have my heat and air system maintenance done yearly. I am very comfortable leaving my door unlocked and having Airforce come and do the maintenance while I am at work. They are very trustworthy and honest.
They have also replaced my water heater without any problems. When I had a question about the water heater after hours they were very responsive and offered to come back that same evening to address my concern.
I recently had an emergency situation related to water damage from my fire sprinklers, and called Airforce to see if they could check my HVAC ducts for water. They were very responsive and Chris came right over to check things out for me.
They are very caring and conscientious. Once when Chris was over doing maintenance, my cat got out of the house. Chris was beside himself about it. He called me at work very distraught about the cat. I told him it was not a problem because he is an outdoor cat. I told him just to lock up and not to worry about it. When I got home, Chris was still there. He had gone out and bought cat treats and was trying to lure in the cat with them. Every time I call, Carol, the mom and office manager asks about my cat.
If you want good work done by good people, I would highly recommend Airforce Heating and Cooling.

We had one unexpected issue with our furnace and they were on site and had it fixed the same day we called them. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. What also impressed us is that unlike so many other HVAC companies, they never try to up sell us. I just can't say enough good things about them.

Had a difficult time finding a reliable contractor via home Shield warranty. Called the warranty service in the morning, they set me up with this company. Mike from Air Force called within an hour which was unusual in my experience (usually takes a day or two, sometimes not at all), he was at my house a half hour later!!! Came in, explained to him my concern....Mike worked diligently and affectively correcting our issue! To say I was satisfied with Mike and Air Force is an understatement, his professionalism, promptness, and explanation of the repair gave me the satisfaction I’ve haven’t received from a contractor in a long time.

Air Force installed my 2 zone HVAC system in 2016. Tom and Chris did a great job, no issues. I still use them for my annual check-ups and filter replacements and they are timely, clean and take the time to explain what was done. Highly recommended!
