Air Force Heating & Cooling installed my HVAC system about 6 years ago, and has serviced it since. They have been professional, responsive and courteous in all aspects of dealing with them. I recently had them do preventive service on my A/C and afterwards, Chris walked me through what he found and provided guidance on how to keep my system running at top performance. I'm very happy with Air Force and highly recommend them.

We are grateful and loyal clients of Air Force Heating and Cooling since 2017. We highly recommend this company and their yearly maintenance plan for the furnace and air conditioning systems. They have made minor repairs to both the furnace and air conditioner helping us to avoid damage to the systems as well as the stress, inconvenience and cost of emergency repairs.

I would like to personally thank Air Force Heating and Cooling and the owner Tom for getting my A/C unit back online. They are a family run business and they provide excellent service which we really appreciated. They quickly got me scheduled the same day that I called, diagnosed the issue and returned early the next morning with the part. Tom is an Air Force veteran and we thank him for his service. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. If you are looking for someone for cooling or heating issues, this is the place that I would call first. Definitely 5 Stars!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I’ve been working with Air Force for about 3+ years, based on a referral from someone who has been working with them for 10+ years, and all I can say is that they are absolutely fabulous.  They are responsive, courteous, kind, and they take the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions.

Tom personally saved me when my AC went down in the middle of a heat wave, and had two new pups in the house.  Chris comes out to service my system twice a year, always being thorough and respectful of the house and my time, and is simply a pleasure to interact with. Carol has always been willing to help me at a moment’s notice, and she went above and beyond to find a solution when we had an emergency situation. She was kind and caring throughout the whole ordeal, and showed genuine compassion when I was feeling overwhelmed.

I cannot recommend Air Force enough. They are local, family owned/operated, extremely well-priced, and deliver an incredible level of service that you just don’t see anymore.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Have used this company for 2 years now and I won't call anyone else. They are honest and reliable...and that's become hard to find these days. Their sons are respectful and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with and communicate well throughout the process. They were quick to respond on a very hot day and get me cooled off quickly. I have been with this company for well over 12 years. They are excellent, explain everything and are always accommodating. I appreciate their professional and caring work ethic. I had a 37 year old heater that they were carefully trying to keep alive and finally I broke down and said let's get a new one ordered. They we relieved and my old one died just as the new came in. Honest and hard working.

I would give 1,000 stars if I could. An honest family business, they help guide you on what you need to do, and are priced very fair. The son and father were outstanding at putting in a whole new oil furnace for us and later a hot water heater and ran pipes for a kitchen remodel. I highly recommend them. They are extremely courteous, honest, and even super clean when working.

I highly recommend Mitchell Heating and AC. Dan serviced our furnace and replaced a faulty thermostat, changed the filter in our humidifier and checked refrigerant in our AC unit. He was professional and had very reasonable prices. We will be using them again next time we need service.

We have used Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning for over 15 years. We couldn't say enough positive things about the family owned and operated business. They have replaced our HVAC system and it's been great! They do the yearly service on both AC & Heat and we have not had any issues!

Texted Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning in the afternoon due to Air Conditioner not pumping out cool air. They indicated that they definite can come the next day, however, if time allowed, they would try to come at the end of the day. With luck, they came end of the day. The technicians were professional and friendly. They explained the issues and were able to make the fix. The price was fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend Mitchell for HVAC needs!

We were only in our new home in Collegeville for a few months. In Oct we turned on the heat for the first time. It worked great for 24 hrs then nothing. We were not set up with a heating service as yet. We called Dan & Wayne Mitchell heating service and even though we were not previous customers they came and fixed our problem within a couple of hours.
We were very pleased with their service. So glad we found them.

Dan: I want to personally thank you for servicing our central air unit. Your technician Mike was courteous, prompt, efficient, and very respectful of our property. Mike quickly detected the Carrier unit needed a fan motor and capacitor replacement. The parts were ordered and installed within 48 hours. That is extraordinary service and Mitchell HVAC will be our only HVAC service in the future. Thank you for your integrity and professionalism.

Dan and Wayne are fantastic! We've been using them for many years. They've installed a new furnace/AC unit years ago, maintain it, and recently installed a new hot water heater. Their prices are always below competitors and very reasonable. They are prompt, informative, and very thorough. We trust them with all our heating and cooling needs. They are two hard-working, honest and reliable guys with outstanding work that I'm happy to recommend to everyone.

Wow, I was really glad I took their advice. I called Mitchell, leaving a message, and they responded immediately and came the very next day. They came out on the same day and promptly fixed it. Wayne was very helpful and explained in detail what needed to be repaired along with pricing. We trust Mitchell Heating & AC for our HVAC needs.

Recently switched over to Mitchell to service our hvac. They were awesome to work with. The owner Dan responded to my phone call right away and Wayne came to my house and serviced the system. Wayne was incredibly nice and took the time to go over everything with us.

promised on timely and professional basis. Pricing was good in comparison to others. Highly recommend.

Dan and his team were excellent to work with. He provided did a very detailed walk through to be sure to cover all bases, and gave a very reasonable quote (matched final cost). He worked with us to remove the heater on one day and allow us time to fix something else, and they came a different day to install (our request.) Also, he made effort to add urgency to this request to ensure we got a new heater before any really cold nights! Ultimately, his team was excellent, nice, and professional to work with. Would highly recommend.
