I just had my heating and A/C system serviced by Wayne and he did a wonderful job. He is super friendly, pleasant, and professional. Mitchell also installed a new system for us a few years back and its been running great! Great small, local team service.

During a heatwave! Mitchell’s price was excellent and the warrantee was the best of 3 estimates. Dan even filed the PECO rebate for me and sent me paperwork to claim the energy tax credit. We contacted Mitchell H&AC when our heating system intermittently failed to fire, and would blow cold air. Wayne arrived later the same day, assessed the system, and performed a cleaning along with a small part replacement. The cost for the service was very reasonable, and our system has worked reliably since. We'll continue to contact Mitchell for future service as well as routine maintenance.

The Mitchell team installed our new HVAC system in a few hours. They were professional and careful around everything inside and outside of our home. I am so glad I signed up for the maintenance contract! We had an emergency this past winter and they fixed it immediately. Yesterday Frank and Will serviced the AC to find out it would have had a problem this summer when I needed it. They explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service that they provided. I received a quote to replace the whole Heater/AC system. They were right in line with 2 other quotes I received. I chose to have Mitchell replace the old unit. Dan Mitchell (knowing there was a heat wave coming) was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly.

The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly. They replaced the old unit and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. They were very professional, polite and detail oriented. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. They do routine heating and cooling maintenance for me and they have installed a whole house humidifier and whole house air purifier for me. I used Mitchell Heating this week when my AC stopped working this week in the 90+ degree weather. I got a communication from them within a few hours and they were at my house first thing the next morning. Frank was very professional and had the unit back up and running in less than an hour. Had a busted water heater, texted Dan and he replied immediately! He was very helpful and got me an estimate on a new water heater a couple hours later. I previously purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Dan. His prices are THE best in the area! I used Mitchell Heating and AC website to inquire about an AC tune up. I was contacted in a few hours and tuneup scheduled for the next day. AC tuneup complete and I purchased yearly Gold plan that included this AC tuneup and and Oct heating check up at a very reasonable price. Technician was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.
