We have used DeSantis for services ranging from seasonal cleanups, all the way to full landscape design and installation. They are all super personal, very responsive and provide amazing quality. They periodically come by to check up on how things are fairing even when there are no appointments scheduled - and if there is ever an issue they see, they respond to it. We appreciate mostly their personal, engaging and fun service!!

We have been using Mark DeSantis for many years. He is highly responsive and completely reliable. We have a large and complex yard. Mark takes complete control. When necessary, he negotiates with other vendors on our behalf to find the best price. We went through several landscapers before we found Mark and we couldn't be happier with the service he provides.

When we bought our home two years ago, you could barely see it from the street thanks to overgrown trees and plants. We knew we needed to find a landscape company that would share our vision of what the property could be. DeSantis has been exactly the right partner for our family in this project. Communication is always excellent, as is the quality of their work. Every member of the team is professional, friendly, and respectful. Whether it’s weekly lawn mowing or large scale landscape design, we know that Mark, Jerry and the DeSantis crew will get it right and take pride in their work. We worked with DeSantis to replace a tree we lost in our yard. Jerry our project manager was very responsive: He came out to assess our yard and gave us tree options, answered our questions, and coordinated the installation. His team was courteous and professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

Dylan and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. We hired them to help clean up after we had a tree remove. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the yard looked great afterward.

Hi! I’d like to start off by saying I work full time at a roofing company, and enjoy my job very much. I’m out of the marine corps and I enjoy working to pass the time, It’s common for different trades to work at the same customers house from time to time, and I had a very very negative experience with Jerry from Desantis landscaping.
Jerry was very unprofessional to My boss and I, and was saying disrespectful things to his co-workers while at the job.
When I work at jobs, I usually park my car in a secluded spot, away from where any other cars or vehicles may be stopping or passing through, this job was no different,
Thursday, Friday, and Monday were all peaceful days at the job without desantis landscaping, I believe they showed up Tuesday and Wednesday of the same week, regardless the parking at the job is minimal, when I had arrived Wednesday I noticed 2 desantis work vehicles parked sideways and obstructing parking space in the driveway, previously where I had been parking my car all week and the week before, without issue.

So I call over one of their workers and politely ask “is it possible for you to please straighten out these 2 trucks to accommodate for more parking” as I was in the middle of the driveway so no thru traffic can come and go.

As one of the workers was getting into the truck to move it, Jerry overheard, came over and told him to stop and that they weren’t moving the vehicles. I had asked why and Jerry’s reply was “because I said so, you can go park there instead”
(Mind you there was more than enough room to straighten both vehicles out and get a 3rd, even a 4th vehicle in there) + (I was there for days before)
Where he had pointed to park there was a wheelbarrow in the way, Jerry specifically told me that he would move it himself.

As I’m pulling down the driveway to block it, (Jerry’s instructions) I had asked him to move the wheel barrow as he previously said he would, he scoffed at me, shot dirty looks, then told me if I don’t move my car he will force me to park on the street. (4 days after I have already been working at this house without any issues whatsoever)

On top of this no apology was given, and Jerry refused to move the wheel barrow.

This has NOTHING to do with how well desantis landscaping can pour rocks and cut grass. This is about being a grown, respectful man and worker. Respecting your co workers and other blue collar dudes at the job site.

I would expect more respect out of my junior marines and other fellow young blue collar workers. I know my boss would never treat another worker this way, neither would any of my co workers or close friends.

I recently had a new sewer line installed, resulting in a large hill of dirt and rocks for a front yard; it looked like a warzone. Luckily, I found DeSantis Landscaping and it was a very positive experience, start to finish. Tyler evaluated in-person within a day, generated a full scope of work, and answered any questions or worries I had prior and during the entire process. I had at least five different landscapers visit and provide varying quotes, however, Tyler / his landscaping group was the only one who was 24/7 responsive, ready to go, and trustworthy; their guidance for next steps was transparent and consistent. On the day of the front yard restoration, the crew was early, hardworking, and polite. Within hours, I had a new front lawn. Overall, it was a five-star result, and I look forward to exploring additional landscaping projects with DeSantis.

We have lived in our house on the Main Line (Ardmore) since 2009 and throughout, DeSantis Landscaping has been our gardener. We are selling our house and moving to New Jersey and so we will no longer be using Mark and his company, but I want everyone to know how much we loved using their services. They have done everything for us, from handling our lawn cutting, trimming bushes, planting bushes and flowers, planting arbor vitae and resolving our basement flooding issue that used to plague us for years. The basement flooding resolution was the most impressive thing they did for us. We were getting water in our basement, a lot, for years. Mark convinced us to let his crew re-grade our property and he promised us that we would not have any more flooding. He was right, even though we weren't sure his solution would fix this problem. After re-grading our property, we have not had a single drop of water in our basement in over 10 years. He also recommended that we install boxwood bushes in the front of our house, to help the house stand out and look more majestic. The front of our house has a patio and Mark and his team created a border around that patio with boxwoods that have now grown in beautifully and make our house stand out. In the winter time, Mark's crew has also promptly come over to our house without having to remind them to clear ice and snow for us. Their prices at all times were reasonable. We highly recommend the use of their services. They are an absolutely fantastic landscaping company.

Mark and Jerrry help us installing a new walk way, pour cement outside 2 entries, installed drainage system all around the house, plant 2 rhododendron plants and put in new grass where needed. We are very pleased with the outcome. Mark and his team transformed both front and back yard. The team worked very efficient and the project was done in time. I can recommend DeSantis Landscaping.

Dan and Niki are some of the best contractors in any category. Their professionalism is rare. They were very precise in timing and what they would deliver. And they have responded to my questions and requests very promptly. After they completed the project for me, I found that one plant didn't come back the next year and some of the perennials were of wrong color. They responded and fixed the issue within the fastest time possible. I was really impressed. I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience with EcoLandscapes Design for our recent landscaping/hardscaping project. We added numerous native plants and grasses to an urban yard and improved hardscaping to blend harmoniously into the garden and provide drainage. Dan's design was thoughtful, pricing was fair and project completed in the exact time quoted. Dan's team was lead by Seth who was hardworking, communicated well and had great knowledge of the elements. Dan left us with 'master class' suggestions on how to care for the garden. Couldn't have been happier!

The entire team at EcoLandscapes Design is wonderful. Dan designed a lovely four-season landscape that incorporates native plants that is also bird/butterfly friendly. He also designed a spring-fall scent garden next to our deck! The team led by Mike was fastidious. Everyone showed up when expected and went above and beyond with my last minute modifications. They checked in at the start and end of each day. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had such a positive experience with EcoLandscapes! From the start Dan was professional, helpful, responsible and very responsive and we felt like our project was in the best of hands. Dan helped us turn our builder landscape (boring) front yard into a classic, functional, beautiful garden. We are new to the area and Dan was really helpful in picking plants that would flower in different seasons and create a year-round garden of interest. The crew who came to install the landscaping was excellent. Jeff and the others were always friendly and willing to chat about the project and they always tidied up after a day's work and were prompt to arrive the next day. Highly recommend!

EcoLandscapes is such a wonderful team to work with. Starting with Daniel, who came out to discuss what changes I was interested un making and then providing a detailed mock up of the project with competitive, reasonable pricing.

Mike and his team next showed up and tirelessly cleaned up my old landscaping and prepared the beds for new plantings. This was no smal effort, as a wisteria plant had overgrown an entire area.

Mike and team installed the water lines, plants, grass seed, and mulch bringing my vision into reality. I am so pleased with the final results!

Ecolandscapes did our front and side of our house in July of 2025. They designed a beautiful, native plantings with a lot of input from us. We also received a photoshop of the plants when they're in bloom. Great communication. The install team was friendly and always on time. They also texted whenever they left for the day. Very good work and happy to recommend!

Dan was easy to work with, responsive, and created a beautiful landscape after really listening to what I was looking for. His crew -- Justin, Eddie, and Mike-- worked tirelessly to plant and perfect the vision and the front of my home was transformed into a piece of art. I would recommend them to anyone. We've had eco landscapes out to our entirely empty yard two years in a row now to design and install gardens. Dan was very patient during design and gave us a lot of helpful info about our options. We wanted something that would be low maintenance, good for the natural environment, beautiful, and provide some privacy. We definitely got what we wanted. Mike and the rest of the team installing were prompt, kind, and informative re: how to care for the plants. The work looks beautiful. Already thinking of a project for next year!

Agree with others, these guys are amazing. I contacted them because I am aging and my 88 yo mother is our main gardener. I told Dan we needed something easier to maintain. Dan came out and quickly identified areas that needed addressing and impressed us with his expertise in suggesting replacements for the old problem plantings on the property .
Communication was clear and responsive via email and then his team, led by Seth arrived and literally transformed our entire yard in a matter of days. Mom and I were so impressed with the strong, polite gentlemen who executed the plan which included setting up watering of all the new plants on timers. That left us little to do but enjoy the new yard.
There is a one year guarantee on all the new plants. The whole team communicated well with us and were respectful of our property and pets. The workers all seemed to like their work, and those I asked said this was a great company to work for. The prices were reasonable. I can't find a single negative thing about the whole experience.
