I've had Terren redo a couple area's of my landscaping as well as rebuild a wall and build some steps. I was on a tight schedule for the masonry and really worried it wouldn't be done in time for a party I was having outside. They got it done well before the deadline and it looks amazing! We engaged Terren to update our backyard which included the landscape design, patio hardscape, plantings, drainage and lighting. The team did an outstanding job. The work crews were the hardest working crews I have seen in our 20 years in this area. CJ Palmer (landscape design) and Tom Culligan (project leader) were great to work with, and helped us achieve our vision. They met the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. And we really appreciate how they have been available to us following the project when we had questions or any issues. The result exceeded our expectations.

Following the project, we switched our yard care services to Terren and they have done a great job on all aspects of the yard.

Hands down the best. Creative, kind and worth every penny. The design process was so fun. - they have in-house landscape architects and plan everything from drainage, hardscape, lawn, plantings, and irrigation.
- Terren was courteous, patient, and receptive in accepting our feedback during design iteration.

Construction services:
- worked very coupled with designers and communication between teams seemed effective. Our point of contact was able to know what was happening and send feedback to on-site teams.
- construction teams, including masons, are very professional, and extremely thorough. You'll pay the price in dollars and time for this thoroughness.

Lawn and landscape maintenance:
- Maintenance team is always punctual and respectful of the property.
- Like the construction teams, the maintenance team is extremely thorough. Lots of attention to detail with pruning. Leaf cleanup is efficient with the big vacuum machine.
- Despite their thoroughness and attention to detail, I think the maintenance is very reasonably priced. Excellent value.
