called to get generator maintained given orange warning light. appt was scheduled promptly. the techician did not inform when he was on site and did not check in to see if any questions but appropriate checks were made and generator now appears to be functioning.

Vincent and Christian did an excellent job replacing and installing lights throughout the house. They took care to make as few cuts as possible when fishing wire, were attentive to detail, and fully cleaned up before leaving. They were also respectful, accommodating, and very friendly.

Vincent and Thomas came promptly and completed the job in a professional, clean manner. They installed my hardwired Level 2 charger. They took the time to explain everything and made it as flush as possible on our outside wall. Very pleased TriPoint. We have found our new electricians.

Thomas and Vincent were amazing, they came to install an outdoor outlet. They were prompt, respectful,efficient and quick. Asked plenty of questions so I was comfortable with what they were doing before they started, and showed me what was done when they finished. Also did a good job cleaning up after themselves can't even tell we had any done.

We had an electrical issue in our kitchen and another with our outdoor Christmas lights on 12/23. The office staff was able to coordinate schedules and have Brian and Artin come out to help. They were both kind and efficient, our problems were identified and resolved quickly. Would not hesitate to call Tri-Point Electric in the future.

He was professional, on time, and friendly, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without any judgment (which I really appreciated since I know very little about electrical work). From the initial quote done by Ryan and our questions being answered, and the work done by Chris and Patrick, the team is top notch! They took their time, treated our home (and dog) with care, and the job was done right. We are in an older home with old wires and they kept a positive attitude. We ended up deciding to tackle another project with them so we know our home is safe!
