They were great. I needed a ceiling fixture replaced. I called and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Electrician arrived on time Very pleasant and very professional. Installation was a little tricky but he did it quickly and perfectly. He was very neat and cleaned up before he left. This was my first time using them and they now have a loyal customer.

Muscatello Electrical is a great local company whom we highly recommend when electrical services are needed. They are prompt in providing estimates and fair in their pricing. The services requested were completed in a timely manner, and the men who did the job were professional and competent. The work they did was outdoors on our property, and when they left the property, it was clean, taking all debris away with them.

Mike Muscatello is a terrific listener and resolver of issues a client might have. He priced led lights in the ceiling and under cabinets in our kitchen. Installation went smoothly but after installation I requested "cool kelvin" LED's instead of "warm" LED's he installed. Mike came back with a resolution to make sure we were satisfied. His electricians were excellent w great efficiency. We got what we paid for and very happy.

The guys at Muscatello have done a good deal of work in our home including wiring a new addition. Most recently they fixed a failed circuit breaker and a ceiling light electrical problem. The work has always been first rate. If you need to add a room or just fix a malfunctioning light or outlet, give them a call.

We’ve used Muscatello for multiple electrical services, most recently installing a couple ceiling fans. Not only is their staff professional and knowledgeable, they are also courteous when inside your home. Our tech was aware of and respectful of our napping kiddo, maneuvering as quietly as possible and working in the rooms farther away first. He even offered to patch where the ceiling hole was too large for the new fans we’d chosen, which I felt was going above and beyond what we’d hired him for. 10/10 recommend!

I called Muscatello because of the excellent reviews I read online, and now I would like to add my own excellent review! Colleen was a delight to speak with on the phone and orchestrated a visit by Mike within a few hours of my call. My kitchen circuit had gone out and I was anxious to get my refrigerator/freezer working again. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and replace a faulty component on my circuit board quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. He was courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable, in patiently answering my questions. I shall be using Mike in the future and strongly recommending him to anyone I know who is seeking a reliable electrician.

Muscatello came to our house in Newtown Square to make a minor electrical wiring repair. They knew the rest of our project depended on getting this done quickly, and even though it was a small job, they came out right away and make the repair at a very fair price. I asked them for a quote to install 5 recessed lights to brighten up my hallway. The price was right and within 2 weeks the lights were installed and they look great! As a Realtor, I've referred Muscatello to clients over the years and shared their name, and all my clients are always grateful and give me positive feedback as well. Colleen is very helpful scheduling, Mike is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, and the technicians they've sent to job sites have been prompt, polite, got the work done quickly, and cleaned up the job site. I've had them install new fixtures, exterior and interior lighting, do panel repairs, GFCI outlets, etc. They've covered Ardmore, Havertown, West Chester, Broomall, Wayne and many other areas for my clients.

Muscatello Electric installed two ceiling fans and had to fish wire from the electrical panel to the living room. They did a great job and patched all of the wall and ceiling holes. We look forward to doing business with them again!

We had a wonderful experience with Muscatello Electric, and I would highly recommend them! I reached out for a quote to have an EV charger installed at my home in the garage. Colleen was wonderful to work with getting the estimate and work scheduled, and she was very prompt to reply with any follow-up questions I had. Mike came out promptly and on time later that same week for the estimate, and I received the estimate later that day. Once I accepted the estimate, Colleen got me on their schedule to have the work completed the next week. Rory was the primary electrician who did the installation, and he was great. Rory was very communicative throughout the entire installation process and was happy to answer all my questions. He made sure to clean up the entire area after the installation was completed and ensured that the EV charger was fully functioning before he left. I will definitely be using Muscatello Electric for any future electrical projects!

Muscatello electric promptly came to our fabrication facility to provide a proposal for upgrading an 100 amps service to an 200 amp service. Scheduled our install within a couple of weeks, there crew came promptly on time and were very professional. Completed our project within 48 Hrs. Price for project reflected on materials and Installation - Rated A+.

I called them at 10:30 am, and the guys were here at 11:45, they fixed the electrical issue I called about originally, and they also fixed everything else I had piled up electrical!!!! Amazing! They spent some time at my house and they were able to fix the outlets, the ceiling lights, the light switches!! We were extremely pleased with the services, Vince ans Sean were polite, helpful, understanding, stayed until they resolved everything I asked!! I will definitely call them again if and when I will have an issue with my electricity. I highly recommend their services to everyone who needs competent specialists.

Niko and the crew did a fabulous job replacing all of the knob and tube in my 1915 house. They were so thorough in prep and cleanup, and communicated with us throughout the process. It was a massive job but the team worked hard over 2 weeks to get it all done as scheduled. The price was in line with other quotes, but I don't think the others would've patched up the walls or cleaned to the same extent. Highly recommended!
