Working with Tri Point has been nothing short of a headache despite getting glowing recommendations when starting this journey. They were supposed to come do outside light work in December but had to reschedule due to rain (which is fine). Amber said that she would be in touch to reschedule. Well a month went by and she never rescheduled. I reached out myself to get project back on the books. Amber then scheduled me for an appointment despite me saying neither me nor my husband would be available for it and needed a different date. Then she asked me multiple times to move my appointment to a different day or time. Then the electricians showed up an hour early for the actual appointment. My husband and I both work full time, appointments mean something. Not to be rescheduled or for the technicians to be early or late. Amber has been such a disappointment of whatever it is she does at TriPoint and I will not be a return customer.

Knowledgeable, skillful and professional. We’ve had a few things done by Tripoint and they 1000% stand by their work and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with the final product and service. We absolutely recommend them and we will be using them again.

We purchased a Generac several years ago. Brad was professional and friendly. The installation was well planned and flawless.
Recently we had a problem with the unit. I called Brad on a Saturday morning and, within hours, his technician came to our home to resolve the issue. We were so pleased with the prompt response. We highly recommend Brad and his team. They are truly exceptional.

Tri-point electric updated our panel to 200 amps and installed new splits in our home. We also had some minor things done while they were here such an installing a junction box/ light switch and moving a thermostat. They were not only pleasant to work with but very reasonable in cost. Ryan was attentive and easy to communicate with when scheduling and adding little projects. Mike is a fantastic electrician and is a true expert as his craft. I will forever use them for my electrical needs and cannot recommend them enough!

I used Muscatello Electrical a couple weeks ago for a few projects in my house and deck. They provided a very clear estimate and their price was fair with no additional hidden costs. It was easy to schedule. The two guys that came to do the work were on time, very respectful, did a fantastic job and left the house as clean as when they started. I couldn't have asked for more and will be a life long customer now.

We had a suspected failed circuit breaker switch. They confirmed it and were able to replace it then and their. Quick response and very reasonable price.

The Muscatello team did a great job at our house recently! We had a few different projects, and several estimates were given, but Mike was the one who seemed to be the most knowledgeable and reasonable, and I’m super glad we went with him. Everyone that came was professional, they left as minimal evidence of their work as possible, and did everything we needed in a very reasonable budget and time frame. Will definitely be calling on them for any future electric work when needed!

Muscatello came out for a free estimate, gave me a very simple quote for wiring a portable backup generator that can power the entire house's essential appliances during power outage. Their quote was very reasonable, no belts and whistles, but included everything other companies considered extras. On the day of the job, the two technicians were on time, worked hard for the whole day, did a great job, nice and clean. Payment was easy with Venmo. Colleen was super nice and responsive. Great experience!
