Vince went above & beyond the call of duty helping us out with our business's water heater in the basement that broke recently. He did an inspection & explained to me everything he was doing on what the problem could be as I love learning new things of life. Our problem was the flame not staying lit after igniting, so he tried cleaning it out for us but it did not work. We also had a problem with our A/C unit & he said the filters might be clogged up with dust & he went outside and cleaned it out for us 11/10 service.

Here is my backstory and how John Cipollone helped in my decision to go from Oil to Gas. Since 1996 I have had an Oil Heater and Oil Hot Water Heater, but recently Gas was put on my street. I was told by many people I should change to Gas. I was back and forth with this decision. However, after speaking with a couple people at John Cipollone a number of times to get information, I finally decided to switch. Since my Hot Water Heater, Air Conditioner and Heater were all up in years, I replaced all of them. Matthias came to my home to check things out and then sent me two proposals for Gas and I asked for one for Oil. He recommended one of the Gas Systems over the other based on my old system and what he thought best for me.
Matthias listened to all my concerns and helped with the final decision process and also with getting me 100 per cent financing. He scheduled the installation, scheduled Peco to come install the meter and helped in monitoring my oil so I had enough but not too much that would be drained out.
My installation team, Mark, Larry and Mike were fantastic. They put drop cloths down and the clean-up was great. The installation took two days. They were up and down the basement taking the old equipment out and bringing in the new equipment. Except for the drilling, they were very quiet.
I have to say until the new system was installed, I was still questioning my decision. However, now I am glad I switched and I am very happy with my new system and I especially like my new thermostat. I am so glad that John Cipollone will still be maintaining my system. I highly recommend John Cipollone for their products, workmanship, customer service and trustworthiness. I also have to say their staff is excellent.

Matthias really understands older homes. We learned so much just from his walk through of our house and initial discussion of what system would suit us best.
When it came time for the install, Larry, Mike, & Gene were prompt, careful, kept me informed and they were all so courteous.
